My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I visited during Fashion Week and chose this place for its convenience in reaching various locations and events. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a few steps from the Duomo, with easy access to the metro, trams, and plenty of restaurants that don’t close for siesta. Shops in the area stay open until 21:00–23:00, and the neighborhood has a charming and lively atmosphere 24/7. Inside the hotel, my room was comfortable, peaceful, and always clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and discreet, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also had breakfast at the hotel twice, which was very convenient. They kindly stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was a huge plus! Upon arrival, the staff provided me with great local recommendations, including nearby restaurants and useful places to visit. Everything felt cozy, welcoming, and well-organized.

There was nothing I didn’t like! Everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

You couldn't ask for a better location. We were literally a 5 minute walk from Duomo and Galleria. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This hotel is family owned and the husband, wife and son provide wonderful service with storing luggage for early arrivals, getting your luggage to your room when the room is ready even if you are out touring. Our train out of Milan was about 2 hours after check out time. I asked if we could store the luggage after checkout. The husband said don't be silly. Just stay in the room until you need to go. Staying here was a great experience.

The breakfast wasn't the high point. Nothing hot like scrambled eggs, oatmeal was available. But we managed and that sure doesn't dampen all the good things about this hotel.

A few steps away from the Duomo!!! And the place was super clean and comfortable!

Not enough sign to know where to go from the entrance, no hotel signs anywhere once you’re in the building. Super tiny elevator. Can barely fit a couple carry on suitcases and 2 small persons, tight fitting. Also the sounds of traffic down the street can be noisy, but I fell asleep just fine.

As I always say cost / benefit is GREAT. The hotel is exceptionally located, just 100m away from Piazza del Duomo. It is walking distance from all main attractions and "must see" places of Milan. Also, in front of the hotel's door there is a Tram and bus stop for many lines to see other places a little away form the city center. Noise from the street could be hear from the rooms, but in my case it didn't bother or disturbed me to sleep at night. Rooms were clean, enough space to accommodate luggage and clothes but without a wardrobe. Very nice bathroom and good shower.

I booked this hotel just a couple of days before and just thought that "this will do" but I can say me and my partner were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The location was perfect! The personnel were so nice and helpful, the room was much bigger than anticipated with a beautiful view of the street. The trams were right outside on the street but we weren't disturbed by them, if you want a room in central Milan you have to be prepared for at least a little bit of noise.

Maybe the breakfast but I've learnt that a hotel breakfast isn't necessarily a continental breakfast, so I would say that while I found the breakfast a bit lacking I recognize that they have done the most with the limited space they have and we never started a day in the city hungry.

Charming property just steps from the Piazza Duomo and the Duomo metro stop. Very peaceful and quiet, spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very inexpensive for the neighborhood. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well during the hot, humid weather when I stayed there.

Amenities were quite basic, but perfectly fine.

Entrance card to the room with the hotel address and room number printed on it (first time I saw it), plastic flower in the room (haha), a bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling - BUT these are small things, the stay was really great

It is down the street from Piazza Duomo. Wonderful and quiet. The concierges were all good and helpful. There is an elevator, but it is tiny, and sometimes you have to wait since it can really only take one person at a time.

The pillows were too hard for me, but this may mean that I shall have to bring my own in the future. The concierge tried to find a softer one, but they were all the same.

Hotel is just a minute away from Duomo. Staff was so helpful and welcoming. Considering it’s an old hotel, they’ve done a good job keeping it clean and updated to make it look nice.

The hair dryer was really old and kept turning off every couple of minutes, so it took forever to dry my hair.
