The view and location were incredible. We kept taking photos from the windows in the room and bath of the duomo, piazza del duomo and galleria. The main sights in central Milan--the Brera, Teatro alla Scala, etc., are a short distance from the room.

I wish the office staff were closer to the property itself. The administration was at another location. The staff was nevertheless very helpful in calling a taxi and answering questions on the phone. Also, guests have to get their luggage up half a flight of stairs to reach the elevator to the room. For most people this is a minor inconvenience, however.

The staff was very helpful, provided very detailed guidance on how we could access the room. And when we entered the room, wow.. what a great view! It is located just across the Duomo with a direct view from the room. Room decoration was very elegant and stylish and it was super clean. The Amabalia Suites is located on the 4th floor of a classic building right in the city centre overlooking Duomo with easy access to Metro (actually there were 4 or 6 metro entry points within 1-min walking distance). Another positive for the location is that there is a taxi pick-up spot right in front of the building which turned out to be very convenient for us as it was the Fashion week and it was impossible to find taxis even through online apps. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the place, would definitely stay again when I am back in Milan next time.

Beautiful, spacious suites - ours was overlooking the Duomo Spacious bathroom equipped with plenty of towels, a hair dryer and other items Windows do a great job muffling the sound from outside (Piazza del Duomo is alive with music and people till late) Suites are easy to reach via metro. Amabilia Suites staff sent very clear instructions on how to enter the place etc. Any queries placed via the booking.com app were answered (save for some expected delays) Staff kindly kept our luggages at a nearby hotel (since check out is early at 10am) - just ask a member of staff and they will explain on where to deposit hotels

The Amabilia Suites are in an amazing location. We had a perfect view from our window of the Duomo Cathedral. The staff were extremely helpful prior to our arrival especially when we needed to adjust our check in time due to a late change in our flights. Our room was large and exceptionally clean. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

The only reason we gave this suite a 9 was because the room was a bit hot when we arrived and we couldn't work out why it wasn't cooling down when we turned on the airconditioner. Once we discovered it was on heating rather than cooling, we rang our hosts and they came straight over and fixed the issue immediately.

Spacious, stylish renovated suite in a historic building. It is run like a 5 star hotel with comfy king beds, robes, slippers, coffee/tea, water, chocolate, luxury toiletries. The location is the best! 2 min walk from Galleria and our suite La Scala had an amazing Duomo view! The common area is lovely to hang out in. AC didn’t work in one of the suites and the host was kind enough to give us a generous credit. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Please note that due to the location you should expect some noise but overall the windows do a good job and we slept well. There are some steps to get to the elevator, which is very old but functional.

Wow what a place! Right in the centre of Milan, AMAZING views over the main square overlooking the Duomo. The staff were super friendly and easy to contact via Booking.com or Whatsapp. The room is cleaned every day. Recommend letting them book a cab from the airport too.

It was perfect. The only thing I fed back was putting a 2nd chair by the window for couples to enjoy the view at then end of the day or over breakfast as the sofa was a little low, but this place and the staff truly are superb

Location stunning with a view across the piazza to the glorious Duomo. Lovely suite, well appointed and comfortable.

The were two power outages during our stay with consequent problems: no hot water for 24 hours. Because there is no on-site staff, communication was poor and we had to work hard to get a response and rectification. This was very disappointing as the facility was otherwise superb.

The location is superb. You cannot get a better location. Right outside the window was the Duomo and to the left, Europe’s oldest mall. It’s steps away from the subway with a taxi stand right in front. So many food options nearby as well.

It was a little hard finding it at first, BUT once you know where it is. Not a problem at all. I loved it and will definitely stay here again when I go back to Milan.

The best location that you can ask for with perfect view of the cathedral. The rooms are clean and the building is secure. The host is lovely and gave very nice recommendations.

The lady at the entrance of the building was speaking to us in Italian with extreme anger on multiple occasions. This will not stop us from visiting the hotel again though, it could be just some bad day for her.
