The hotel is located in the very center of Milan, just a few minutes away from the Duomo, Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, and Sforza Castle. It was a pleasure to discover all these wonderful places, with the convenience of being able to quickly return to the room if you forgot something, and without needing to use public transport. Although the hotel building is in the city center, there was no noise, so it was also a good opportunity to rest. Since I stayed in December, it is important to mention that the rooms were warm. I especially appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, who were very helpful with arranging transportation to Bergamo and carrying my suitcase (which was quite heavy). I wish the owner and all the staff continued success in their work and all the best!

The location is excellent, friendly welcome and the room generally was good. Comfortable bed and nice design Quiet place and easy to find There’s a tiramisu spot right in front of the hotel :D and a nice patisserie just around the corner

There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom and the utensils quite old fashioned

Great location, almost too good... they had a concert nearby when we were there so streets leading to the property were blocked off for a day so it made getting back to the hotel a little difficult on one of the days we were there. Apart from that, the location is superb!

Being chased the night before to pay, they had my credit card details already and could have waited till I checked out which was 10am the next morning, well within the check out time. Perhaps they could have asked me on check-in when I'd be checking out and not bother me, the reception is literally two steps from the front desk so it made me feel they were solving for their convenience instead of taking my needs into account.

Within a 5 minute walk of the Duomo square, this hotel occupies just one floor of a renovated building. The rooms are large, well appointed and the bed comfortable. We were early and able to leave our bags.

I felt sorry for the single reception staff who seemed to be responsible for everything. Also, forget the toiletries and the chocolates, they need to rewrite their advertising "blurb" 🙂😇

Victor Boutique Hotel was at the Perfect location. Just 50m away from Duomo Cathedral. Room was so clean. Friendly helpful employees.

There is a Chinese Restaurant entrance of the building. Sadly restaurant's food smells filling the hotel. Hotel need to be renovate a little like bathroom floors. Price was a bit expensive for that kind of Boutique hotel. We understand it because of location.

Location simply could not be any better! Walking distance to main square (Duomo.5mins stroll), lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around, yet still quiet. Room was spacious enough, mini bar reasonably priced, bed comfortable and everything very clean

Felt safe, had two coffee and pastry shops very close by. Duomo was a 5 min walk away, so location was great. Arrived early and staff held our luggage, so we could take a tour.

The hotel is located inside a big building and had no "store front" so we were not sure we had actually arrived at the hotel. Some signs on the street, noting the location of the hotel - and how to get into the hotel, would have been muchly appreciated.

The location is absolutely spot on. It's in the centre of Milan, right next to Duomo. Not mush else to say, the location compensates for any other shortcomings. Beds were comfy, staff was friendly and access was easy. Daily room cleaning.

The ambient noise would be of a concern if I were to stay for more that a couple of days. A bar nearby and the tram do tend to get annoying, but again... you're in the centre of Milan, you need to weight the benefits.

perfect location, 2/3 minute walk to the main square & shops on your door step. Hotel is tucked away in a private door you almost miss it. Rooms are large and nicely equipped. Good coffee machine and shower!

My room was close to the store room & reception, therefore i could hear everything.

Location is AMAZING! Right at the central of Milan and tram stops are near by. Clean room and nice cooling AC specially in the summer time. The staff are friendly.

Nothing major but if you do not want them to clean your room while you are out do put the no disturb sign. The hallway can be noisy when people open and close their door. I used earplugs so not too much issue.
