The room was great, very central location and very close to the duomo! Being quite literally in the main shopping street has its benefits as you can quickly relax after a whole day of running around. The metro and bus stops are also super close. Main drawback was the loud noise from the streetcars passing by, we are quite light sleepers so it didn't allow us to rest properly. But its a sacrifice to make when being so close to the centre. The cleanliness was good, not great. A kettle and mugs were provided but no water, coffee or tea which was a bit sad considering the price. Overall, good stay and very useful to have a luggage storage in the building.

The loud environment from the streets, especially during the night as the street cars are very loud.

We loved the JOIVY concept! Everything is fully online and automated, even the keys to open the door! Location is superb, Via Spadari is right at the heart of Milan, there could literally have been no better! Room was real cool - we particularly appreciated the availability of native type G (i.e. U.K., Singapore, Dubai) plugs that required no adapter. Will definitely come back - breakfast at Peck literally at 5 steps walk is surreal!

WiFi is functional but a little slow, perhaps due to intensive use in the area. Anyway, we were always too busy bustling around the city center so didn't really notice!

Nice apartment in the heart of Milan, just a few steps from the Duomo, Vittorio Emanuele gallery, Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, and the Metro station to reach anywhere. The place is just like the pictures, with a fully equipped kitchen. It is a nice cozy apartment, and the mattress super comfy. It is very secure, he building have vigilant, and electronic system to enter, both the building and the apartment. The personnel is attentive and respond in short time.

You can hear some of the street noises, not much because it is a 4th floor, but I guess this will be a common comment in Milan, since they don’t use double glass. A nice to have: although it has a good security, it would be nice to have a safe deposit for valuables, e.g. passports, and a place to leave the luggage when arrive/depart before/after the schedule.

The location was excellent, only 12 to 20 euros in a taxi to the two main train stations. Plenty of choices for shopping and food. Some main landmarks within walking distance.

There was some road works in progress when we were there, the rooms were quiet but it made getting around a little harder. Still this work will only improve the area once it’s completed.

As two young girls we loved that the entrance to the property was controlled by our phones which made us feel very safe and secure. It was modern, clean, comfortable. The location was brilliant (2 minute walk to Duomo) The air con was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was stunning and could see the Duomo which was a brilliant touch. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to all our family and friends.

- reception doesn’t speak English - 1 spare toilet roll provided which meant we had to go looking for some after the first day - Room & main door are accessed by your phone. Unless u have mobile data it’s gona be long for you

Stunning apartment and exceptionally clean and the location was excellent. Everything we needed for our stay was there in the apartment

It was a little noisy with the tram line but it’s only to be expected with where it is and we are both heavy sleepers anyway. If noise is an issue just maybe take some earplugs because it really is a stunning apartment

Instructions on how to open the premises were clearly sent prior to arrival. No physical keys are needed but make sure phone is always charged as it is necessary to open the building and apartment doors. A storage room for luggage after check-out was a great bonus too.

Better wifi and more toiletries and toilet paper.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transport.

Took me 2 days and 3 calls to get iron. And promised look to Doumo was not real..
