Excellent location, 5 min walking from Duomo. Very helpful staff (upgraded room), comfy bed, wide selection of pillows. Free nonalcoholic minibar, free snacks in the lobby. The best hotel breakfast I had in a long time.

Somewhat outdated style, but not a worn-out hotel.

Wonderful location 1 min from Duomo, Pinacoteca etc and short tram or Metro rides to other great museums, churches, neighbourhoods. The staff were friendly and helpful, indulged my patchy Italian and spoke excellent English helping with restaurant reservations, advice and trying to help with a lost item. The room was lovely and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The decor is funky with what appear to be custom made furniture which is a bit odd in terms of storage (we were there 5 days) and the little carved decorations are sadly getting a bit battered. Great view down the road to watch interesting interactions between people parking cars and trams ... Excellent breakfast and 6.30 Prosecco and nibbles, also free fruit and water. Location next to the fantastic Peck grocery made a picnic one evening a must and was easy - they even provided an ice bucket for our wine as well as cutlery - and the table size was more than adequate.

Bathroom could get a little steamy as no extractor fan despite the shower never being very strong .

We had a wonderful time at this property and will for sure come back when visiting Milan next time. The smiling faces of the staff immediately made us feel welcome and the service was excellent. The room was spotless clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was lavish and all orders were served with promptitude. It is located in close proximity to the Duomo but wasn't either overcrowded nor noisy. Due to the pleasant temperature, we slept with the windows open and the reception provided mosquito repellent. For our purposes it was just perfect!

The single beds were a little narrow compared to other hotels I've been to but still very comfortable with a choice of different pillows.

I arrived early and my room was as yet not ready- the awesome staff offered my a cappuccino and croissant and whisked my luggage away to be looked after. The reception staff were simply brilliant- always smiling, always providing wonderful advice, sorting taxis and just being par excellence- thank you so much!! Location of hotel is brilliant- so close to Duomo but yet so quiet and opposite hotel was a great place to get food and next to hotel was Pecks- for foodies this is heaven. Room was just perfect as with bathroom and the view of Duomo was superb. Best bed I slept in in my 5 weeks in Italy.

Great location, great staff, great service, rich breakfast, complimentary drinks and snacks... Free of charge soft drink service were superb. When you get tired of walking around and step in the hotel to get relax, a cozy lobby welcomes you with some cookies and fresh fruits. Even they offer to prepare a breakfast bag for us since we were leaving very early in the morning. It was a little pricy however it worth every penny to stay there... Moreover hotel is in a very central location, very close to public transportation stops and many must-see places.

I would love to have self-service coffee machine at the lobby area; however, this does not devalue the hotel's service quality. Whenever you ask, they were bringing coffee as you like...

we are very pleased with the hotel. first of all the location of the hotel is very convenient, in the center of the city where all the attractions are located. we had to walk 5 min or less to get to the catadral, la scala and other places we visited. in addition, the hotel itself was lovely, the staff was very nice, polite, and greeted us everytime we entered or left the hotel. also they were very helpful and assisted us everytime we needed help. they even helped us get a taxi from the san siro stadium (where the taylor swift concert was held) back to our hotel, after all the public transport was full. it was 1 am at night and the staff member helped us and was very kind to us. also the room was nice and clean, and the breakfest was generous and had lots of options. we recommend all our friends to stay there when they come to milan.

At the entrance to the hotel throughout the whole day there is a big line of people waiting to get ice cream in the shop next to the hotel. the amount of people standing outside the entrance is inconvenient for people that stay at the hotel and try to enter or exit with luggage.

Location is perfect for walking around and reach center of the city easily (It's only 10 min away from Duomo). All Staff (receptionists, waiters & housekeeping) were amazing, friendly, always smile, helpful and kind. Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was fresh, varied and satisfies all parties. Drinks (Water, Coffee & Tea) and Snack (pastries & Fruits) were available all the time in Lobby for FREE. Despite some of disadvantages mentioned below, but I will definitely come back and book this lovely Hotel.

Beds were very small, so I had difficulties in sleeping all nights. Breakfast was the same every day, but we enjoyed it.

It was the perfect location! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing ! Really got you fueled for a day of walking around and seeing the sights !!!

This is right around the corner from the Duomo so the location could not be more central. There is no view however! It is located on a great bustling side street with a very high end gourmet grocery store next door. The hotel is family owned and they pay much attention to detail which makes for a great hotel. The ladies on reception booked restaurants and tickets for us, and were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a huge delicious spread, and gorgeous snacks are laid out during the day, with prosecco in the early evening. A welcome gourmet bar of chocolate greeted us in our room. The beds are very comfortable with good quality linen. Bathrooms are generously sized and stocked with good quality toiletries. A basket full of large chic umbrellas are available by the entrance to borrow. We were impressed and will happily return.

We really liked everything. If I had to pick something, there is a bar between the glass shower screen and the wall over the bath which my husband cracked his head on! Plus the shower is in the bath so one has to climb over the side of the bath - as I age this becomes an irritation!

This hotel is a little gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful and accommodating. From room set up, to a snack at an off time for my young kids, help with mass times, train schedule (during a strike!) taxis and luggage storage the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Letizia was great as well as the bell hop who helped tremendously with all my family luggage. Breakfast huge and delicious. Loved the fresh fruit and eggs and cappuccino. My kids loved the pastries and hot chocolate. So ridiculously centrally located for a short visit to the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
