I've stayed in many 5 star luxurious hotels in Europe and none of them were as generous and clean as this one. All our needs were met generously and we were provided with water everyday during the turndown service. In addition, this is the first time I stay in a hotel outside the GCC region where every towel, bathrobe and bedsheet I've used was spotless clean. The staff was helpful and the reception was available 247. The breakfast options at first glance looked limited but it fulfilled all our needs and cravings and had many to-go snacks as well. Special thank you to Michela at the breakfast for being extra helpful. A very comfortable Mercedes van took us to the airport and was able to fit all our luggage. The location of the hotel was amazing, 2 minute walk from the Duomo square and every important monument or street was reachable by foot.

It was difficult to set the AC from the room, you have to call the reception to set it and refresh your request every two days or so as the temperature can get warm again even if it is still set to your original setting. The rooms are on the small side and they do not have twin beds a two-person stay. The area is relatively quiet but you can hear everything happening outside the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at BNB Smart Hotels in Duomo. The location was perfect & central, convenient, and ideal for exploring the city. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention goes to the ladies at the front desk they were always friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. Highly recommended if you're looking for a smart, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Milan!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like, everything met or exceeded our expectations.

I had such a wonderful stay at BB Smarthotel Duomo! The space was exactly as described—beautifully maintained, clean with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything. It is few walking steps away from Duomo and all the restaurants and shopping. Everything worked seamlessly, from check-in to check-out, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff at reception were absolutely fantastic—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and i would love to come back again in future.

The hotel has a very good location in the heart of the city. The room was cozy. The staff were really helpful and nice. I loved getting bottles of water and a small chocolate each day.

The temperature in the room was so high and there was nothing to do with it. Window-opening lead to lots of noise from the bar in front of the hotel. The room-door is so thin that you could hear everything happening at the corridor.

My husband and I, and our two teenagers got a quadruple room at the BB Hotel Smarthotels Duomo. It was a really good choice for our stay in Milan. The room had a queen-sized bed and two singles. The hotel is rather minimalistic in its style, but this doesn't mean that it didn't provide the small extras that improve your stay. For example, every day, they left small water bottles for each of us in the room, as well as some candies. There were fluffy robes and slippers for each of us. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the excellent bakery chain Princi has a location a 2 minute walk from the hotel, and was a great option. Talking about close - the Duomo and all the surrounding attractions are less than a 5 minute walk away.

Great hotel, in a fantastic location, literally 200yds to Duomo. Family room was great. Good selection of tea, coffee, bathroom essentials. The chocolates on arrival were delicious. Great supply of fresh water every day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, professional and offered great advice on any questions we asked of them. Handy little shop over the road for any essentials you might need.

Breakfast was tasty and offered a reasonable selection, maybe with a limited hot selection, but food was good quality. I would say 25 euros per person for breakfast is quite a lot. However, food and drink in Central Milan is very expensive, so it is probably in line with other options in the area.

I truly appreciated the comfort and luxury I experienced during my stay at this hotel. The room was always clean, with plenty of fresh towels, and I loved the daily touch of generosity with complimentary water and chocolate — a lovely gesture that made me feel welcomed. everything was excellent, and I enjoyed my stay overall. Thank you to the staff for their efforts and warm hospitality

The only issue I faced was with the air conditioning. I had to call every day asking for the room to be cooled, but unfortunately, it never really got cold enough.

Location, everething is clean

The room was very small and definitely not worth the price paid. It’s understandable that the high price is due to the location, but there was also an additional issue. The blanket was very thin, and the room was very cold. Because the room was so small, even though the air conditioner was set to a normal temperature (23°C), both my husband and I have had back pain for two days now. We had to buy extra medicine and treatment tools. I’m still undergoing treatment. Also, there is no wardrobe in the room — be prepared for that.

My second time staying here the location is perfect central yet in a corner far from street noise. Room was cleaned twice a day chocolate was left by my bedside everynight! Free water in the fridge as well!

no laundry service rooms were quite small it can get really noisy in the morning with the cleaners cleaning the floor we couldn’t sleep in beyond 9 am with all the noise the cleaners were making! The toilet was actually not clean when i first checked in although it was sealed with an antiseptic seal it was not clean at all someone had just used it it was nasty! Both the bidet and toilet!

the location was fabulous and the room itself was perfect, lovely shower and robes included

there was construction going on at the time so the reception area was quite dusty and also there were construction workers in the lifts sometimes so just took a little longer to get a free lift
