Location is good. Hotel facilities are excellent, especially the Rooftop Bar. Room is spacious & very modern, bed & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast selection is very good & staff service was excellent. We dined in the Rooftop Bar & Restaurant and although it was expensive we really enjoyed our meals and the service from waiting staff was very good.

I would have preferred more storage space, but , see above, I changed room and was very happy with the new one Hotel is a little bit expensive, but I think this is the going rate Hotel also shows rates of cars for airport transfers. However, I found out by chance that these are much, much dearer than the standard city white cabs. These are available on request from the hotel.

Luggage taken to wrong door when we were in a hurry to change for an excursion of the main attractions.

Upon arrival at The Square the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, offering me all the information I needed about the hotel and amenities. The room was big spacious and clean, with modern furnishings. I stayed in a standard room, which included a comfortable bed, a large TV, a desk, minibar, a coffee machine and great bathroom with bide. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained, with luxurious design and toiletries, and towels. The hotel is inly stone throw to Duomo and very close to various shopping streets and really nice restaurants. The staff was very attentive and responsive to requests. Any issues or inquiries were resolved quickly. Overall, my stay at The Name] was positive The location was convenient, and the hotel’s amenities made it a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to looking for city fun seekers. Yes, I would definitely consider staying here again due to comfortable rooms, location, and value for money

The hotel is in a great location near Duomo.The room was quite big, comfy and practical. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The cleanliness was impressive. The breakfast was delicious and fresh with lots of variety. Also, the stuff at the breakfast area was really kind and helpful. Overall, we had an amazing time here, for sure, we will be back!

The front desk stuff should be more attentive. The day of our departure, there was a marathon, and the city center was closed. They arranged a taxi for us without letting us know that the city center was closed. We ended up doing circles with the taxi. The taxi driver couldn't get us to our destination and ended up using the metro after we paid 20 euros for the taxi. If we knew, we would use the metro in the first place.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. The hotel was very clean. The bedroom was top class and very large. The breakfast was awesome. The location was perfect - really close to the main tourist attractions. Loved the roof top restaurant and bar too.

I've stayed at this hotel several times ,the hotel conveniently located in the city center just a two-minute walk from the duomo and galleria vittorio ,the cleanliness was excellent and the atmosphere was very comfortable .the breakfast is good but the selection was small.

This is my third time visiting this hotel. However, I noticed that the breakfast selection was much smaller this time compared to my previous visits. There was a person at the hotel entrance who didn't leave a good impression, as they always seemed unfriendly.

What a brilliant find! We were celebrating my son's 21st Birthday in the city and chose this lovely hotel due to its close proximity to Duomo Cathedral & other main attractions. Well, it has exceeded our expectations by far! The hotel has beautiful and modern rooms with excellent facilities and luxurious touches. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was really well sound proofed. We slept so well! The room & bathroom cleanliness were of high standard. Bath robes were the softest and fluffiest ever! Toiletries were really nice. Gorgeous hot shower and great room temperature control. Fantastic receptionists. It was nice to have security present in the lobby who were very friendly and assisted us with the taxi. We haven't had a chance to visit the roof top restaurant/bar but hopefully we will back again soon!

We have stayed before, though this time the rooms were refurbished, the room we had this time was large, clean & comfortable. The bathroom again was large with a complete closed walk in shower. It also offered a terrace, it was just magnificent and perfect for our stay. Breakfast was included in our overnight visit and this too was all anyone could of asked, the breakfast area was clean, fresh, easy to follow and we were provided with a wide range of choice, supported by an excellent team who clearly knew the benefits of working together to support each other. A wonderful experience.

The only change, we noticed this time was the atmosphere in the Roof Terrace Bar, since our first visit, the area has evolved in to a much more formal environment and we did not feel as comfortable as we had on our previous meeting. Though this is a purely subjective view, there were many people there at the same time we were. The addition of the Roof Top Restaurant looked magnificent, we were not aware of this in advance and had made arrangements to dine elsewhere. It looked very good from the Terrace Bar.

The staff was not friendly at all, and rude at times the only employee that was nice was a young girl at breakfast her name was Maria. In the front seat there is a gentleman that is the rudest person we have ever met, don’t know if he had issues but everyday he was at the front seat he had an attitude. Made us feel so uncomfortable staying there
