It's a great location and beautiful, well kept property with many apts and suites Silence is a bonus, looks like all guests were following this rule. The room had all necessary features - it was also very very warm inside but you can manipulate the air con if needed. Hot water was a no problem - you just need to run it for few min so it gets to the temp. If we ever get to Milan again we'd defo stay here again!

From the point of view of the average tourist this may be a little confusing - that one new thing (not only here) self-check in link that you will receive before the stay - few steps in it only - but it may be inconvenient to do on the go, on the day of travel when you are trying to navigate in the new to you city with bags. My suggestion - text/ring the phone number that is sent to you BEFORE your arrival and ask all the questions about check in/out

The location and the room was fantastic, couldn’t ask more for a weekend in Milan.

The guy that hosted us in the first day of our arrival it wasn’t so warm and we had to understand from the structure was not to be loud, not to stay out… so nothing else from the accommodation and how to enjoy our stay.

Sonny, the manager who took care of us was excellent. He was very informative about the area and how to reach the city center which was in walking distance and very close to the tram. We were pleasantly pleased when we arrived and found out our room would be ready around 11:30am instead of 2:00pm. We were very tired from our overnight flight, this was a big plus for us. The room was very clean and spacious and we had a King size bed. The bathroom was a good size and it had a nice size walk in shower. I think the location and the room were an excellent value. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends traveling to Milan.

There was nothing negative about my experience.

Very quaint spot just a 10 minute walk to the center. We only stayed a short time but it was very comfortable and clean. Was a sweet with a sitting room area and then a bedroom. Bathroom was spacious with a nice rainforest shower head. Was only a 5 minute walk to the closest metro that connected to Milano Centrale. Once we arrived, very easy to get in and out

We were on the first floor and upstairs neighbors could be heard when they walked - could have just had a heavy step and it didn’t go late into the night. Communication leading up to us arriving was sparse but the gate was open when we arrived and was easy after that.

Really enjoyed our stay at Duomo Smart Suites! Slightly off the main part of old town with easy access to morning coffee shops and a grocery store. Suites were comfortable and well maintained. Loved the feel of the entrance and courtyard - felt like we were staying someplace special and not an ordinary (American Style) hotel. Staff was engaging and helpful

Location was great, quick metro ride from Milano Centrale to Missori then short walk to the apartment. It was a 10min walk to the Duomo and all main attractions. Would definitely recommend in terms of location. The apartment was in a gorgeous courtyard. Ours was situated on the ground floor, it was spacious, clean, well equipped and the bed was really comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

There were a few rules to adhere to which were understandable. No rolling cases or trolleys across the cobbled courtyard, no smoking or gathering in the courtyard. None of these were a problem for us as we don’t smoke and weren’t planning on partying late or making excessive noise. I think it’s just about being respectful of the permanent residents which was not an issue.

Perfect location in the centre of Milan but in a quiet courtyard that felt safe and secure. It was very clean and well kept with a high standard interior for the price. They had a luggage storage facility for use after checking out which saved us bringing a suitcase around the city, and it was easy to access. Staff very friendly, easily accessible via WhatsApp and helpful during working hours.

Advertised that it had parking but there’s no parking outside the property to drop off luggage etc so you have to stop in the road, and the parking nearby was a private separate city centre multi story car park. Not an issue if you don’t have a car though! The clothes steamer in the room did not work and no availability of staff in the evening to supply an alternative. Some more clothes hooks and a full length mirror would have been a plus.

The property is very centrally located and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were very cozy and clean and very much worth the price. The caretaker was extremely helpful in providing us with the directions to reach as we did not have a car and we were using public transport. He was waiting for us at the property and was an amazing guy. The property is very easily accessible by metro and you even have a grocery store very near by. We had an amazing stay at this place! Loved it.

There was nothing not to like. It was a perfect stay.

The location was perfect, I don’t think you could get a better location for the price. Hans, the member of staff we were dealing with was extremely helpful and always went out of his way to help us whenever we needed, no matter the time. Hans alone made the stay very enjoyable

The shower has two heads, a big one and a small one, the big shower head didn’t work and the shower also flooded and didn’t drain properly. The coffee machine didn’t work. The AC system didn’t work and it was cold on a night however Hans gave us an electric heater.

I stayed here in July and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is perfect — close to public transport, great restaurants, and many of Milan’s main attractions. Moreover, the bed was very comfortable, also the area is really quiet despite the fact that you are at the heart of Milan.
