The rooms are large and beautiful. The bathrooms were well maintained. Robes were included (an important thing for me personally). The hotel served breakfast in one of our 3 rooms so the 5 of us could eat together and the breakfast was amazing and had everything you could imagine and then some. Omelets, eggs to order, meats, cheeses, croissants, breads, jams and jellies, juices, cappuccino, tea, coffee. There was so much food we were able to make some little sandwiches to nosh on when we traveled by car to see Lake Como. All the staff at the hotel was so friendly and efficient. We stayed at 5 different locations on our 16 day trip to northern Italy and this was the best. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope I can stay there again some day. Cheers.

Only a couple of small things— which did not bother us but may be more important to others. There is street noise which can be bad if windows are open and getting luggage out at the entry door means stopping in a lane of traffic. These were minor and all the good things about this place cancel them out. Would definitely stay here again.

The Petit Palais is a charming, magnificent, elegant, old-world hotel with a very lovely staff. Marianne, Beatrice, and all the staff are so hospitable and helpful. Our rooftop suite was stunningly beautiful. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning was sumptuous and plentiful. The location is extremely convenient as there are trolley and metro stops a few steps away, and there are several good restaurants a short walk away. This is a charming, lovely, restful oasis in a vibrant modern city. A wonderful place to return to after a full day of exploring Milan.

We loved our stay. The suite is so beautiful, it has a huge terrace and also a balcony and we loved spending time on both of them. The breakfast is so generous and as they brought it up to the room, we were able to enjoy it on our private terrace - such a nice way to start the day. We found the room was a great temperature and the bed & pillows were very comfortable, it is also soundproofed so it’s nice and quiet too. We loved the location and found we could easily walk to everything which we wanted to see each day. Finally the staff are so kind and friendly and they were happy to help us with anything we needed, whenever we needed it. Loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to return again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Petit Palais Hotel De Charme. The room was not only spacious and clean but also exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was ideal, conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless, even arranging a taxi to the airport for us at a special rate. We truly appreciated their effort and hospitality.

It was a bit noisy at nights due to the central location of the hotel.

I loved Petit Palais and will stay here every time I am in Milan. It is a historic boutique hotel just 15 minute walk from the Duomo the Brera district. The metro and 15 tram line are at the corner so you can easily get anywhere in the city. The hotel reflects its history. The rooms are decorated in 18th and 19th style and furniture. It’s beautiful. Staff is exceptional. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance. There is 24 hour front desk assistance.

Great location, very quiet at night but well connected to the city. A friendly welcome and very smiley and helpful staff. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Shower was powerful and the shower gels smelt wonderful. Safe and secure locking of the main doors at night time was appreciated (you ring the doorbell when its late and a night porter opens up for you).

We got an upgrade but the room was quite small still, not sure what our actual room would have been like! Not great value for money. The room featured a stove but no cooking tools or equipment. The communal hotel areas were spooky and uninviting. The bathroom was quite small. No free drinking water provided in the room which feels very unfair considering the price.

The staff working in this hotel gave us the best service possible. They were professional, and friendly and assisted us with any problem we had. Our suite was comfortable, with a wonderful terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast. (This hotel does not have a common dining room, so breakfast is served in the room. )The property was built in the 17th century and had been a convent before it was purchased as a family home. The vibes are very much Victorian and Harry Potter style altogether.

The only minus is the waterpressure of the shower; but this is a common problem in all of Italy.

The hotel couldn’t be cuter or more welcoming! The staff is amazing - especially Marianna at the reception! A real sweetheart, extremely helpful with very good English, their management was extremely helpful and accommodating, we had to change our flights and extend it for one night, and they were very helpful and understanding! An amazing breakfast is served in your lovely room! This hotel really made our stay in Milan one that is worth it! Thanks 🙏

One of the rooms had not so good of an AC, but they continuously tried to fix that. The other 2 rooms we booked had a very nice cool ACs

The Double Deluxe room was one of the most beautiful, comfortable rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in. The facilities in the room were exceptional. Breakfast was served to the room, which was also delicious and catered specifically to my gluten free requirements. Nespresso machine in the room was very nice too. Our host, Elisabetta, is outstanding at what she does. Nothing was a problem. She is such a wealth of knowledge and hospitality. Exceptional.

Just to note, the hotel is located on a busy intersection that involves both cars and trams. Traffic is busy until very late at night. This may not be problem for regular city residents, as my travel companions had no trouble sleeping.

First off, great location, which is within walking distance of Milan duomo. The room is not only clean and spacious with a kitchenette, it’s beautifully decorated, so much so it makes you feel warmth in freezing winter. The staff, a few ladies, they’re exceptionally wonderful to accommodate us, meeting all our needs and you can see that they love doing so. There’re only 18 suites in the hotel, making it a feel like a special stay.
