Good afternoon, our family was in Italy for the first time and our stay at your hotel went well, you were in touch 24/7, we received answers and solutions to all the questions that arose. The location of the hotel, cleanliness, everything is white, if there is a need for dishes, everything is perfect, it is all there, we did not use it, but maybe someone will need it, all accessories shampoo gel everything is of very good quality, there is no need to carry all this with you, at any time there is a change of towels, you go and take it, very convenient, washing dryer even very convenient conditions.

You can add light in the room, on the last day the air conditioner did not work well, we were offered another room, we did not move because in the morning we were already leaving and in general it was not so stuffy at night. And please add slippers, this is a very necessary thing and then everything will be at a level. I decided to write a review in more detail, maybe someone will be interested.

We did not meet the staff, we communicated remotely. They were always fast and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we could even use their water bottles during our stay. There is a storage room in the building that we could use before check-in and after check-out. For breakfast we got vouchers to a cafe located 7 min walking distance. There you could choose between 2 options: freshly squeezed orange juice, one croissant and a hot beverage (hot chocolate excluded) or a bottle of water, one slice of pizza and a hot beverage (hot chocolate excluded). We had lovely breakfasts there.

Make sure your phone is charged, otherwise you cannot enter your apartment.

Breakfast was through affiliated local shops but one was closed during weekends and the other opened rather late (9am) so we had to buy breakfast in another shop one day. Room was really nice and roomy, door needed a jolly good push to close but everything else was almost new.

The breakfast offering could be improved

The property is conveniently located for sightseeing, about 15 minutes (1 km) walk to the Duomo. It's away from the main streets, so while it's okay to walk during the day, if you're arriving with luggage at night, I would take a taxi. There is not staff on site, but the support staff promptly answer any questions via WhatsApp. The room is super spacious. I love the little touches – the fragrance diffuser smells great, as do the toiletries. Ground coffee is also supplied for use with the Bialetti pot, and it tastes great.

For such large rooms and bathroom, there is very little bench space to put anything (e.g. computer, toiletries) Needs more power sockets at useful places (e.g. over bench space for charging devices). There is a kettle and a toaster but no socket in the kitchen? On my second night there were some mysterious noises in the middle of the night. A couple of minutes at a time and recurring. Possibly the fridge, and maybe something else.

Loved the location and the ease of checking in. The WhatsApp staff was super friendly and helpful

There was a persistent noisy at night a little boring but the rest was nice.

We liked everything from the handwritten welcome card upon check-in to the cleanliness and availability of everything in the room. Very surprised and pleased with the availability of yoga mats😻 The location is ideal. There are several accessible parking lots nearby. From the minuses was only breakfast, it is better to describe at once that availability of breakfast is a couple of cafes that are nearby, but in the menu for this amount we were offered not the best options. And check out we had at 11 o'clock, but at 10.15 the door to the room someone tried to open. I'm assuming it's housekipping, but you could have at least knocked. All in all it was super, we will definitely come again. Thanks ❤️

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. The location is great for exploring Milan, and the setup feels more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. After several long travel days, it was so nice to come back to a place that felt like home. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything we needed — even laundry facilities, which is a big help for longer trips. It gave us the comfort and flexibility we were looking for, especially when traveling with kids. Highly recommended for families or groups who want a convenient, home-like stay in Milan.

- perfect location in all directions. Close to the duomo and the Navigli area with the canals. - lots of good restaurants in the area - quiet and peaceful area - stayed in a 1-room superior apartment. It was big, clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! - bob and team provided the little extra with tips for breakfast places, a shopping cart we could use, a yoga mat and chargers! This was all in the room when we arrived (didn’t ask for it). In addition, there was coffee, tea and a nice note when we arrived :) - there is no staff there, or frontdesk. But don’t worry, the digital worked perfectly! It was so easy to check in and out yourself, and bob and the team were just a message away. They have their own page you get access to with all information you need. Very professional :) All in all, the stay was perfect. Would more than happy to stay here next time

Communication with Bob and the team was excellent from the minute we booked to the time we left. We received a number of messages to see if everything was OK during our stay and they were quick to respond if we had a query. The studio was very comfortable. The kitchen facilities with tea, coffee and a little treat as well as suitable cooking and eating utensils were fine for our needs. The bathroom was spacious and there was a separate walk in wardrobe for your luggage etc. There was a luggage storage and laundry room which was great. The no key access was new to us but the system to open your door via your phone was efficient and worked well. It was great that there was a lift.

The only minor issue we had was the WiFi frequently cut out or buffered.
