I had an absolutely incredible stay at Heart Milan Apartments - Duomo Colonne! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning design—modern, stylish, and with every detail carefully thought out to create a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts one could wish for, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of Milan, within walking distance of the Duomo, top restaurants, and vibrant city life. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. What made my stay even more special was the outstanding support from the host. Their dedication to ensuring a seamless experience was evident in every interaction—they were always available, extremely helpful, and genuinely cared about making my visit perfect. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! If you’re looking for the perfect blend of design, comfort, and top-tier hospitality in Milan, this is the place to be. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Great location, well equipped, cozy and comfortable apartment. Easy check in with good communication with the host.

It would have been better if they provide parking place for the guests as the garage with which they have agreement was not cheap per day and also was walking distance of around 10 minutes walking distance and for winter conditions is much more difficult.

Great location, secure premises

Church bells every morning at 8.45am! But there are worse ways to be woken up 😊

Great room, very comfortable with everything we needed and more, even with a laundry machine, amazing location and great staff helping with all we needed.

The only negative aspect of the stay was that the day before our departure, a neighbor locked the elevator on the second floor and my girlfriend and I had to use the stairs (from the 4th floor). We had to leave early the following day carrying our heavy baggage. The day before we tried to talk to the neighbor that locked the elevator, but our Italian is not great, so we couldn't get anywhere in the conversation. Apart from that, the stay was perfect.

We loved the apartment. The location was great, in the heart of a vibrant area. It had everything we could need, was super clean and very stylish. The self check in was really easy to do and was easier than we thought it would be. The bed was super comfy. Anton was very responsive on WhatsApp and responded to any questions. There were lovely little touches and the kitchen was a great bonus and was very well stocked. We loved this apartment and would stay again when in Milan.

We could hear the neighbours a little bit. Although ear plugs were provided.

Our family had a day layover in Milan and we made the best of it by staying in the Heart of Milan apartment. Our dinner was in the excellent restaurant right below. Some of us needed rest and there was plenty of space to separate and be together when needed. Abundant amenities, lift to get luggage to apartment and easy walking to Duomo. Best was the immediate response to our needs of early arrival and late departure.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We had some WiFi issues - they sent a tech out right away. They stored our luggage when we left, they got us taxis, they checked in constantly. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything you would need including a washer/dryer machine.

The floors in the living room are really old and squeaky which made it hard to not be loud at night.

It’s was cozy and clean, the interior looks luxurious, when I saw the outside I had low expectations but when I entered the apartment I was pleasantly surprised. I loved that it had an elevator that takes you to the 4th floor.

I thought it was in the center of Milan but it’s slightly out, when I got to the bus station, I took a train for another 15 mins and then walked 11 mins to the apartment.

The studio is in a lovely area of walking distance from both center and Navigli. It has been beautifully decorated, quality furniture and bedding and very well maintained. There is one window overlooking the court yard. Please note that the management offers several apartments and 9 Via de Amices is a studio with no sofa and a 2 person table and not the apartment shown on the main picture. The pictures for this studio show when you choose select a room. The management is very responsive, the remote and coffee machine weren't working and immediately replaced. A very comfortable place.

The studio is at the back of the building with no street noise but unfortunately the sound isolation between the apartments is non existing and TV and voices of neighbours are very noticeable, even though they aren't noisy people.. Also the coming and going of people is very noticeable.. For an undisturbed night of sleep earplugs are recommended

The property exceeded our expectations. Here are some of the reasons: the apartment is well and tastily furnished, the heat is perfect, the water pressure is really good, the toiletries include the usual soap, shampoo, body lotion but also slippers and ear plugs. You'll find coffee machine and water boiler, but also coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, bottled water and some cookies. Beds are comfortable, rooms and spacious and everything is clean, neat and quite new. Heart Milan Apartments' staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.

A note about its location: have in mind that you cannot park in front of the building and even if the suggested parking is close, it is still a bit bumpy to get there with the luggage.
