The hotel exudes the charm and elegance of Italian aristocracy. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. The staff were outstanding, with special thanks to Francesca, who assisted us from the start of my reservation and throughout our stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my visit and look forward to the opportunity to repeat this wonderful experience.

I asked for a room with a bathtub and received it. The size of the room with king sized bed was great and comfortable.

I know there were restaurants close by but it would have been nice to have night time snacks like sandwiches and deserts if you didnt feel like going out.

The location is perfect the isolated rooms were perfect also so you can sleep anytime even if streets nearby are crowded or music is loud 😴🥱

The breakfast was suitable for 2 stars hotel not 4,🥲, the dishes are very poor , there is no variety especially for vegan , and the quantity in the dishes are so small , (it seems to be for 3 or 4 persons ) 🙂and every time when one dish is empty you have to wait 5 minutes or more until they notice that they have to refill it , the bread and Croissant were always not fresh , I really wanted to give the hotel 5 Stars review until I tried the Breakfast there , everything else was perfect

Everything. The location is perfect, in the heart of Milan with several shops and restaurants nearby, and, most importantly a few steps away from a M4 metro station, for a direct connection to the Linate airport. The room (mine was at the 5th floor) is very clean, functional (with two chairs and a little table also suitable for working, if needed) and well isolated (soundproof). The bed is large and comfortable. The wi-fi quality is also very good.

Nothing in particular. Maybe for longer stay a wardrobe with some closets would be nice to have

Beautiful atmospheric room, so cosy, quite large, lovely view from room 506, easy to walk everywhere, kind staff, spotlessly clean, great location. BBC news on TV, plus many channels, unusual for Italy. Buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage which you never get in Italy. Plus fruits, fantastic fresh juice, cheese, yogurt, cold cuts, everything. And great coffee. I highly recommend this lovely gem.

Well, if I must say something, then there's a disturbing noise in the mornings, you can hear the little chime, every time the elevator doors open, that woke me, when guests went to breakfast which starts early. But I had brought earplugs, and then I slept and heard nothing.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Regina during my visit to Milan. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing us to check into our room early in the morning upon arrival. This thoughtful gesture made all the difference and set the tone for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic—close to the city center, making it convenient to explore Milan’s major attractions on foot. Overall, Hotel Regina exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, prime location, and inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!

The hotel is beautiful ❤️. The area is excellent. The street is full of a variety of shops not too expensive though pretty fancy. The metro and busses are very close and its very easy to get to any point. If you want to go by foot, it is also very close and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower and toilet were super clean. I'm very satisfied.

The only thing was, that our room turned to the street side, and the trains on the street made a bit noise, especially if we opened a double window. But it wasn't really significant compared to the conveniences. Otherwise it was more than fine.

The staff are absolutely fabulous. Friendly, helpful, fun to chat to. I asked for a quiet room and they organized one facing the back which I really appreciated. Bed was comfortable and the curtains blacked out all of the light. All you need for a great nights sleep. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. 10 minutes to the Duomo but far enough away to not be disturbed by the masses. Would stay here again!

Loved the all day refreshment stand in the lobby. I felt guilty using all of those pre-packed plastic cups though. It would be wonderful if they used glasses and cups.

Very central location, 5 mins away from many restaurants bars and various shops. 15min walk to cardona train station if looking to go on the underground station to Milan Central Station, you then go upstairs for the main train station. Big bedrooms comfortable beds, continental breakfast tasty if included or pay additional each morning, free toiletries in room, whatever I requested it was in my room later on which is appreciated like teabags, sugar and milk. You hear the rumble of the trams each evening, don't notice this until you go to bed this maybe only on the first floor though we were in room 103,

The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was helpful. The location was convenient to the historic district: we were able to walk to the meeting place for our walking tour of Milan (and back!) There were a number of restaurants in the area, shopping as well. The hotel provided us with umbrellas (which we needed) and the front desk was helpful.

I didn't like that the hotel had no A/C available at the time, only heat. It was quite warm while I was there, and I had to open my glass door to the outside for some relief. Opening the door was not the problem—I didn't feel unsafe for doing so, but it was raining and windy while I was there and I had to take care with leaving it open, closing it when it rained so the wood floor wouldn't get wet.
