Location was fantastic- metro stop just outside the door, street not too busy and close to good shopping:eating area. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Bed the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I let the staff know it was my daughters birthday and they put Prosecco and fruit in our room. Breakfast was very good quality with plenty of choice.

Decor wise it was dated. In our room there was a little issue with dripping water in the bathroom but not so much that it was worth complaining about.

The hotel is located right next to a metro station, so getting there from the airport didn't require any other means of transport. In the generally noisy city of Milan, it's a fairly quiet place, although once a loud party in the building next door disturbed the peace until late at night. Noise from the rooms is audible, but thanks to the soundproofing, it's not bothersome. The service at the reception was nice (although not excessively so), and the room service was beyond reproach. The room was small, but clean and arranged in a sensible way. The breakfasts were good... and that's it.

The hot breakfast was only overcooked bacon, sausages and cold eggs. The continental breakfast was good standard with plenty of choice. Nice freshly brewed coffee in individual pots. Room was tastefully decorated and of a decent size, and even though looked out onto a back road was quiet. Location was good, just 10 minutes from Duomo and main sights.

Hotel should have advised that if clients arriving by car it was approached down a one way street which was half closed off due to roadworks. As the hotel lays back from the road it is very easily missed and the pull in to the hotel only accommodates 2/3 cars.

An exceptionally convenient location for visiting the historic sights in Milan. Santa Maria Delle Gracie, the Sforzesco Castle and others are all within easy walking distance. Staff were always highly helpful made the stay worry-free, even though we'd brought our rental car into the centre of Milan (they provided clear guidance on the "congestion charging" that's now in place in the city). Rooms were a little small, unsurprising given the hotel's central location, but clean and beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive.

I booked an airport transfer the day before our departure. However, when we arrived at the reception in the morning, no one knew anything about it. We had to call a taxi ourselves. The reception staff were slow and showed little interest in helping, even though I explained that we were in a hurry to catch our flight. This should not happen in a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, it left us with a negative overall impression of our stay.

Everything was great! The hotel was so near in the center, about 10’-15’ by walk, it has metro station about 5’ from the place. Really good accommodation! The stuff was super friendly!!! They helped us to explore the city and they were always so helpful and smiling! Special thanks to Lorenzo, who made us to feel more comfortable, grazie mille 🙏🏻 We are from Greece and it was our first time in Milan, and if we ever come back to the city, definitely we will choose this place for our stay again! The breakfast was very good, all the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly and also very attentive. The room was comfortable

There was not enough drinking water replenishment in the rooms. We had to keep buying from outside. Of course, you can buy from a store however you need to carry these bottles to the hotels. I think they can give at least one bottle per person per room per day.

The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

The bedroom was very hot. The air conditioning is turned off for the winter and the heating is centrally controlled. They gave us a fan which helped a little but wasn't a solution. We also needed to have a window open in November with close to freezing temperatures outside and building works going on nearby. The in bath shower was poorly designed.

The location is perfect! Duomo and other pleace to see are just about 15min walk through Via Torino and it is a pleasant walk with many shops to see. The breakfast at the hotel is just amazing with a lot choices for all the preferences. Croissants are a must!!! It is a quiet and cozy hotel in general. The staff was very helpful to all our requests and made our stay really easy for us and for our son. We will definitely choose Hotel Pierre again in the future!

There are some underground constructions just in front of the hotel entrance and there is not much space for a car to park or to stop. However, I think that those works will end soon and it will get back to normal!

The staff were very courteous and there was a good selection at breakfast. Our room was very big and the en-suite was huge. The hotel was well-situated and we walked into the centre of Milan each day. There are a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby

There was a very limited supply of tea/coffee in the room (3 pods for a coffee machine with tiny paper cups), and we had to call or walk downstairs to get milk. Unfortunately there's a huge amount of building work going on while they install a new metro stop. The hotel is surrounded by scaffolding and boarding covered in graffiti, which makes a walk back in the evening a little intimidating.
