The place was right in the middle of the action but tucked in a quieter lane which is good. To stay here feels authentic Italian house stay. We enjoyed ourselves with the ease of location and walkable everywhere. There was a power trip in the middle of the day but they sent someone to fix it very quickly in 10mins time. However this power trip was the entire block so it is not the problem of the apartment.

The place could have brighter lights. It can be quite dark with the black wall paint. However this is entirely subjective.

The location of the apartment was great. Close to everything but quietly set away from the noise. The room was clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. The light from the windows offsets the dark decor but it is still quite a lot of black.

The bed is in one room is sagging in the middle. If just one person stayed there it wouldn't be a problem but as a couple we found we rolled into the dip through the night. Otherwise everything was quite comfortable and as pictured.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are difficult to find so this was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay in Milan.

Bedroom off the living room had a glass wall which looked great in the pictures but when it was time to retire and the occupant closed the two glass doors and lowered the blinds it became apparent that there was no air-conditioning outlet in that room. As we'd experience \d heatwave conditions of 35 degrees plus during our stay, air-conditioning was essential. Fortunately, the other two travellers respected the privacy of the occupant of the glass box and the doors were able to be left open and the blind raised during the night. However, this is a major design fault that should be addressed.

Location was wonderful, within walking distance to the Duomo, plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, and convenient transportation options nearby. It was great to have so much space compared to a normal hotel room, and to be able to cook and have a refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and the showers worked well, with enough towels for all. Apartments were pretty modern and had most of the amenities needed.

We actually rented both apartments, only the black apartment has a washing machine and microwave, would be nice in both, and there was only extra bedding in the terraced appartment. There were little things missing sometimes, like a spatula or cutting board or the aforementioned bedding but they were quickly provided once asked for. Could also use a drying rack for clothes. Sometimes the water pipes could be noisy, that ran through one of the rooms in the black apartment, but it's an old building so not too surprising.

Apartment location was good being close to main attractions and shopping. Apartment layout was well suited to our family of four. Bottled water and coffee provided.

We stayed for two nights. On the first night there was a constant water gushing sound coming from pipes above the ceiling. It didn’t stop until 6am which made it difficult to sleep. There was also more water gushing sounds coming from behind the wall near bathroom. This wasn’t as bad but still not enjoyable.

The apt was very comfortable. The 2 queen beds were nice and firm. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The place was very clean and the one bathroom was comfortable enough for 4 adults. There was an issue with the key fob but once you play around with it, it’s easy enough. The staff was very accommodating and responsive and it was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again as it’s close to the Duomo, grocery store and Main Street of Milan’s city center.

The place has no washing machine but we were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t needed. Anything over that, you’ll need to either pack extra clothes or find the nearest laundry mat.

It was perfectly located in the centre of Milan, walking distance to everything of interest. There is a parking lot just opposite the building for those driving in. It was very clean. The TVs in all 3 rooms were well set-up for all services. It had a small balcony and the air-conditioning was good. It was also comfortably spacious.

The entire apartment was painted black, which made it kind of dark and gloomy. It was also difficult to see or find things if you dropped them. Except for a round mirror over the sink in the bathroom, there were no other mirrors in the entire apartment although there is certainly enough space around to hang up a mirror or two. There is no dishwasher or toaster in the apartment.

Great location, Duomo just five minutes away, small supermarket just around the corner, quiet street. Everything inside the apartment was just as described and worked. Good communication from Brera apartments. Towel warmer was a nice bonus in winter time.

Beds were a bit hard for our taste and we are not used to the double blanket thing :)

Great apartment, very good located, a walking distance from Duomo. Very clean and bright. Has 2 glass walls, one separates a bedroom from the living room, the other one, a bathroom. But even so, you can have privacy. The terrace is in an inner courtyard. I appreciated the welcome message with precise indications for the location of the apartment.

The location was perfect and quiet given how central it was. Nice little outdoor area too.

There was no comfortable seating. There was a sofa bed in the main room that doubled as seating but it was very uncomfortable. The glass separating the wash basin and bedroom from the main living space should be frosted/half frosted.
