The location was great, near the main tourist attractions but in the same time in an quiet street in the old town, in a beautifull historical pallazzo building. A chic building with a lot of taste arranged and well maintained, also very clean, very safe. The suites view was in the inner courtyard, a beautifull italian corticello, decorated with art objects. The atmosphere left me with the impression of a resident of the city and not a tourist at all. Lovely experience, also because of the very good cleaning and a daily housekeeping. The suite had facilities to be able to have your own breakfast at the location. Also, had 2 bathrooms, one of which was extremely spacious and bright. Huge bed.

The bed mattress not so comfortable because wasn't new, the bedroom a litle bit too litle and the old wood of the wardrobe should be more maintained. A suggestion: the beautiful round table could not be used because it was too high for the 2 armchairs that framed it.

We absolutely loved Niousha who was at the front desk. She was awesome. Very helpful & fully explained the options for the rooftop bar. Recommended great restaurants and arranged transportation and gave clear walking directions. I could go on. If every service oriented companies had employees like her they would all be successful. Our room was nice & a decent size.

We were on the top floor so when the rooftop got busy we had a lot all that noise on our floor and from above. And when it rained it also rained in our room. Fortunately it was a small leak and really didn’t affect us.

Very nice location, quiet, but close to metro, Duomo and shopping. Very helpful personnel. Beautiful small hotel, built on an old pharmacy, only 10 rooms. The terrace on the roof was great - good views over the red roofs&city.

Breakfast was not very good - the list was very short, and dull. On Sunday, the chef was not around, and the list was even shorter. The coffee was great, though, as always in Italy. Also, on registration we we told that breakfast is included in the room/our reservation, I did not remember, what I had booked/paid in advance, but on checking out, it turned out, that breakfast was not included, and have to pay it. No problem with that, but we might have had our breakfast also somewhere else.

The breakfast meals were a delight. The weight staff in the restaurant were outstanding. They met all our needs for our breakfast meal. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning. The location of the hotel was ideal. It was close enough to walk to the Dommo area and it was like a little escape from the hustle of the city when we reached the hotel again. we had a little issue with our first room. Just a clock that was not functioning correctly in the room. The staff was most accommodating for us and let us move into a suite. It was very thoughtful of them to do that. The staff at the hotel all shifts were a delight. They were friendly. They were informative for our needs. Requesting transportation was done for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back and stay there again, praise your staff, for they are a delight.

Really can’t think of anything. I didn’t like about the hotel. It was a old pharmacy converted into a hotel lobby, and it was delight to see all the antiques still on the wall.

Very, very kind and helpful staff, Perfect location, Good breakfast

Practicaly we can't sleep for 3 days, because the mattress of the bed was very very soffice (extremly soft, sloppy) "memory" mattress . Was not easy to change position during sleep, so it was extremly uncomfortable. There was possible to see our bed, our room from the elevator (the wall of the elevator made from glass, and our room was near the elevator... so we kept close the shutter of the windows The old cupboard was a bit small and not comfortable, and was difficult to open the drawer (we used a pencil, for open it day by day)

Stunning hotel and room. The restaraunt serves healthy delicious food and was such a nice place to have breakfast. I had my evening meal there too and was made to feel so at home. The staff are super welcoming as well. The hotel also has a lovely roof terrace garden that looks over the city and rooftops- a lovely addition. I will stay again 100%. A stones throw to the major attractions of Milan and transport stops are really near by. Hotel is in a very cool nice area, bars, cafes and restaurants near by. Thank you

It was on quite a noisy street because there’s a bar at the end of the road. Meant that it was difficult to get to sleep at night.

Location Decor and style Comfortable

Having to walk to the main hotel in central to check in with documents. From the suits. On line link they sent would not come through on my phone. I thought hotel was beside suites. But it’s a bit of a walk. Streets are beautiful but , confusing to navigate . Being very Jet lagged got lost trying to find. Just wanted to check in rest and recover. Then explore.

The apartment we had 400m away was excellent with 2 bathrooms! Serviced daily and security was excellent Staff were great The location is very handy to Duomo and other points of interest. Easy walk

The hotel is small but super cozy, hidden away on a small street yet a 5-minute walk to all the shops. The room was big and warm, with a nice bathroom too. The bed was soft and I tend to enjoy it like that. The view was on an inner courtyard/terrace so silent at night.

Breakfast could be done with a bit more care since I was the only person there. Like not burn the bacon and add salt to the eggs, but this is just a nitpick in the end.
