The room was very spacious and clean, with good furniture and a very big king bed. The bath was new and clean. There was a kitchenette too, if someone wants to use it. Location is great if want to stay close to Castello Sforzesco and Duomo. Easy to find and close to the subway. More difficult if you want to go y car, because public parking is very limited and you must park at a costly garage nearby ( €40 per 24hrs stay).

The fact that is not a real hotel with reception and staff. It's a group of rooms, with lockers to storage your luggage in and PIN codes to enter the "hotel" and the room. I found it a bit overpriced for it. I can pay the price I paid, but in exchange I should receive a service too. In my personal case, I had to leave early in the morning and I couldn't have breakfast because nobody was there and I didn't know who to talk to.

Beautiful, Italian style. Everything is digital. The support was available 24/7 by WhatsApp. Nice messages with details, reminders etc. The room was ready earlier and I have received a nice message that I can check in earlier. A bottle of water - was very thoughtful as it was +32 outside)) coffee, tea, small fridge 👍🏻 and even a laundry room, which I did not use because of my short stay. But very nice to have this option)) Everything is very customer oriented in order to make your stay nice and easy. Whenever I had questions - the support was guiding me no matter the time of the day. Located in the very center. Very safe and quite area. Absolutely recommended. Thank you for your service.

Location was excellent. 10 minute walk from Cadorna Train Station, surrounded by lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. I min walk to Via Dante for shopping and just an easy 5-10 minute walk down to the Duomo and Vittoria Emanuelle Galleria. We had a studio and it was very spacious, large king bed with kitchen, dining table and chairs and a sofa.

Would have been nice to be able to open the sliding doors onto the balcony and sit outside on the chairs that were there (but they seemed to be permanently locked). The air conditioning had a mind of its own (we contacted the property via whatsapp and it was sorted quickly as we got to borrow a pedestal fan from the utilities room). All the blinds on the windows were broken (had no strings) so we were unable to pull them up by day, so they were always down. Batteries in the safe were flat so we were unable to get the safe working, how ever if we contacted the property Im sure it could have been rectified (it wasn’t a biggie).

The property is the heart of Milan a five minute walk from the number one tram line which can take you to Milan Centrale Station. It is also a few minutes walk from restaurants and a ten minute walk to the main area. It’s quiet with easy check in and passcodes instead of keys to gain entry. A lovely staircase to the rooms.

The rooms are looking a little tired decoration wise.

Location was a highlight for this property. The rooms were generous in size, with very comfy and clean beds, bathrooms and kitchenette areas. Would recommend as a base for your time in Milan.

Staff unfortunately weren't the most helpful and we were left outside for 22 minutes, without any assistance when our key code didn't work. Building work outside our room was noisy and we weren't re-warned about this.

Excellent location. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I didn't meet any staff and everything including check-in and check-out was done through the phone, but any request by WhatsApp was kindly satisfied.

It was the beginning of April and 30-35 degrees Celcius outside, but the heating was still working instead of the air conditioning. Fortunately, the heating was stopped after a couple of days, but it was still hot inside.

The hotel is completely automated, so there is no staff on the premises and no service at all. There are few lockers where to leave the bags before check-in/after check-out. As the lockers are limited in number and space it’s not guarantee to find a place and the hotel doesn’t offer any alternative solution

We had a great experience .. it was hot in the rooms though .. we live and work in Switzerland so the radiator could have been off :-)

Very central location, good facilities, tea and expresso coffee and free minibar, possibility to get up later and take breakfast in a nearby café without being disturbed by cleaning staff. Very quiet without any street/ traffic noise. Good value for money.

Not so simple digital check in procedure requires scan-in of an ID card or passport for both members of the couple but once done access to the property is with a PIN code instead of a key which is easier than walking around with a key. Local parking garage was expensive at 47,50 € per day.

Good location and room layout. Great to be able to store our luggage in lockers prior to check in.

Weak communications on site and some problems with the facilities. Sink faucets not working properly. We waited hours to check in and they forgot to tell us when the room was ready. It really is self service with minimal staff to help you if needed. It’s not like a hotel.
