We had a great stay, the room was very clean and spacious. The location is amazing, with many attractions within walking distance and with metro and tram stations very close as well. The train station where you can get the airport express was also a short walk away (10 min).

None of this was a dealbreaker for us, and didn't hinder our stay, so this is more of a "could be better" rather than a negative: the check in process is a bit complicated and involves you calling them so they can remotely open doors for you, so if you don't have cell service it can be tough. We also were getting "unavailable" messages when we called the number provided on the check in instructions, but eventually got through by calling the number that was on google. The only other detail is that the TV isn't a smart one so you can't use any streaming services and are stuck with regular TV (mostly in italian).

The bed and location was perfect.

The lack of someone physically there to help us. The person was great helping us but we had no phone service and could not call the number. I understand the phone service was not ideal but the plan I bought only covered the internet. I was unaware until we arrived that it didn’t cover phone service. I really didn’t need my phone except with your apartment so it wasn’t worth paying the money. I just think there should be a second way to access the apartment.

Located in Brera the apartment was spacious and in a great location. No onsite reception so need to arrange to meet someone with a key or collect key from another location if arriving out of hours (we arrived after 10pm). Downstairs there is a cafe to grab your morning caffe and pastry and located around the corner is the Princi Bakery which had the best coffee and pastries! Easy walking distance to all that Brera has to offer and short walk to Duomo and city centre. The room was quiet and I felt value for money in Brera.

Nothing

The suite was extremely beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful, friendly and receptive. The suite has a great location making all the sites extremely close on foot, but there are also 2 Metro stations closeby too!

Air-conditioner wasn't as strong and so room took quite some time to cool. Next door neighbour's infant was up crying on a daily basis and could be heard very clearly from our room.

Apartment staff are not helpful, they only in contact for check-in and check out related issues. When I whatsapp them about extending my stay, there's no reply, then I called them and the guy replied" oh we simply have too many messages". Then he offered me a higher price than booking.com to book directly with him. There's no room cleaning until I called them and ask for it. It feels like the team are perfunctory and not passionate about running their own business.

- huge and very comfortable bed with a huge blanket - very spacious apartment room - nice bathroom, decent water pressure in the shower - the location is awesome! - checking process was very seamless. we texted 30’ before our arrival and staff member was waiting for us in front of the building - decent blindes that blocked the sunlight completely

- we couldn’t regulate the heating temperature (it was a tad too warm for our liking). however, we could open windows and the A/C worked very well (plus for summer months) - only Italian TV channels and connection via smartphone was not working. An AppleTV or Chromecast or a decent smart TV with preinstalled Netflix/Prime/etc. would be a huge plus (all above things are very minor by the way)!

Apartment is spacious, very well presented and in a good location, only a short walk from the town centre and points of interest. Staff were very helpful with a late check in, allowing the key to be collected at their other 24h location.

Central heating in the building was set very high and even with the air conditioning set to cool in the room and opening windows it was still quite hot.

The location was perfect. Excellent communication to drop off the key and show us how to get in. Tricky to park nearby but the hotel staff helped us to locate a public parking garage. Great amenities in the room as well.

No block-out curtains for the windows to block out the outside light at night.

Room was perfect for one night. There were no breakfast included. It was a room in an office building. When we got there, there was no one to greet us. Was able to locate a phone number on my confirmation and it took them 45 minutes to come and open up the apartment to let us in.

Communication

It was very comfortable and well thought out. The room was stylishly furnished. Unlike most hotel rooms, there was good lighting with controls by the bed, as well as sufficient electricity and USB ports. Good location, close to Brera and the Castello.
