Absolutely amazing accommodation! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions. The amenities were top-notch, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Exceptional service and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

The most perfect hotel. The location, the staff, especially Josef, even the restaurant staff, were great. Even the owner whom we met when we arrived and at check out was really attentive. Tea and drinks whilst we waited for our room as we were early, also when we waitied for our taxi upon check out. We booked the King suite (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with a spa bath but had an even bigger surprise with a whole jacuzzi in a really spacious space added to the suite. The beds were very comfortable, great linen, felt like at my own home. So much to say about this place, our stay was amazing. It is a modern, beautiful hotel. We would easily come back.

We loved this spot! we booked last minute and had success in finding a room for one night, we had an incredible sleep and an amazing breakfast. the rooms are perfect, clean and spacious. The staff are so friendly here and we even got to meet the Hotel Manager Micheal! Micheal went above and beyond for us in getting us to the train station on our check out morning personally to ensure we did not miss out train. We wish we had more time here as it was super Lux and great value! We thank you The Unique Hotel for an amazing stay! We will be back!!

The hotel is in a great location, with parking in front of the reception and very nice staff, especially Chiara and Carolina. They were really very helpful. The rooms are nice, a little bit too small.

The breakfast was too basic, with no fresh bread at all and no cereals! The croissants were not fresh. . Even some ham or salmon should be paid.

Bed extremely hard - not good for sciatica sufferers. Bathroom needs better lighting (hopeless for applying makeup when it's that gloomy).

Great location! Close to everything with easy access to TRAM and subway. Ten minute walk to Duomo.

Only complain is the price to play inside the core of Milan. Traffic noise at night can be high. Best to have a noise generator (like white noise) to hide out the noise from the street.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the Lanza metro stop and a short walk to the city centre. The hotel is also right on the edge if the Brera district which was great for food and drinks in the evening. The whole hotel was modern and very clean.

What a amazing hotel. The room is very big and really clean and everyday they check room if everything is okey. Stuff is really kind and helpful. Specially location is so good and you can go anywhere by the walk. We really had great time here. I definitely recommend it.

Friendly staff, very comfortable bed and pillows

Shower didn’t drain very well, and the toilet flush button got stuck on occasion and the safe was a bit temperamental. But no big issues really

The location was amazing and the staff treated us like family. By the end of our stay, they were giving treats to our kids and asking us to meet up on their next visit to the US!
