The breakfast was great, the room and amenities were a great value for the money, the location was great and the staff were excellent!

My wife did not like the firm bed, but it was ok for me. It was difficult to find the place because the signage was very small and the main hotel reception was 2 blocks down the street. A cleaning lady had to tell us because the telephone number provided on the website did not work. Luckily we ran into her in the main area in front of the elevator. After we got into our room everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location. Great size room.

It could be a bit noisy when bins collected early each morning. But for the location anywhere would have the same noise.

Excellent location within easy walking distance from the train station and also to all the major sights. An added bonus is that there are a number of restaurants within 5 mins walk. Accommodation is kept extremely clean and a complimentary mini-bar is always a welcome bonus.

Understanding the relationship between the Unique Hotel and associated reception and the apartments in which we were booked. This wasn't apparent until our arrival and would have alleviated any concerns on check in had this information been made available earlier. That said the staff were extremely helpful

The location was excellent. Very central in Milan and also right on a tram line. The suite was very large and comfortable. It was clean and came with nice basics like water and snacks.

The biggest negative were the bathrooms. They are within the space and only partitioned by glass, most of which is clear. It offers no privacy and you literally hear everything. It obviously saves space but it’s really silly and not pleasant.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Loved the breakfasts and Josie, Francesco, and Rose were so kind, helpful, and conscientious about doing their best for each guest.

It’s not perfect walking between two properties as we were at the church location. However- all the staff made it as easy as possible and the locations are about 3-4 mins apart.

The room is lovely. High ceilings, marble floors, windows out onto the piazza below.

The Unique seems to be a converted apartment, with rooms in the property converted into individually rentable accommodation. I wasn't expecting that, and I think calling it a boutique hotel is a bit misleading. There was no one answering the door when we arrived 30 minutes later than estimated. I received a message from the Unique after leavig a message that provided the door code. I could have used that before we arrived! Our room door faced the reception, which seemed a bit odd, lacking in privacy. And the ironing situaton was odd as well... needed to put the board up on the coffee stand to access an electrical point.

Everything! My room was upgraded. It was beautiful, big and clean with huge mirrors. There's a beautiful cathedral close to the apartment, and it's just about 15 minutes walk from The Duomo. Receptionist was really friendly. The host was amazing. Down to the cleaner... everyone was great. My phone was stolen and the host was so helpful in making sure I got all the help I needed, including letting me check out really late even when her other guests had arrived. Wonderful, Wonderful people!

Absolutely nothing!

The hotel room was great! It didn't bother me that the reception was in another building. The breakfast was great, individually prepared, very tasty! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The owner Franchesko was very charming! The location in the heart of Milan, fantastic! Many thanks to the hotel owner for a charming place!

it was a little difficult to find.

We loved our room. It was clean, large and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The room had a refrigerator which was great and had beverages in it for us. There was tea and coffee as well as cups and dishes if we wanted to snack in. The decor was beautiful. The location was perfect. We could walk to all the sites we wanted to see. And it was in a pedestrian area so very few cars. There were bars and restaurants in the area that were very good. We would stay here again. Thank you to the staff who were so helpful and nice!
