Typical Italian apartment on the 4th floor with views onto the street on both sides. Separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, microwave, and toaster with milk, water, juice and pastries supplied for making breakfast and having snacks as needed. We did not avail of the cafe breakfast offered as our trips began before the cafe opened at 9am

The room also including a wash room and an office which were accessed by the staff during the day which was a little strange.

The location is excellent. The property very clean and well equipped. It is in fact a small flat. Nothing is particularly fancy but everything efficient, spacious, well thought through to make your stay comfortable. Staff was very kind and welcoming and they took care of providing gluten free products for my breakfast. Would definitely use this accomodation again.

Nothing negative to mention. :) The only thing maybe is that you might suffer a bit because of noise on the streets. I was on fourth floor and it was not really an issue for me.

Probably my most atmospheric stay in Italy. No to mention the usual things like excellent location in the heart of Brera, next door to Pinacoteca Brera and minutes from Alla Scala, comfortable beds, spacious and well equipped bathroom, etc, it is a very special place to stay. In addition to the warm bedroom you get a kitchenette with a table, a fridge (milk, juice, water are included), microwave, coffee machine with capsules, and most generous selection of delicious pastries for breakfast. Really nice and warm people from the cafe on the ground floor (which is highly recommended) take real care of guests in a friendly and charming way. Authentic hospitality, so much more than just a b&b.

I liked everything, just want to mention some things a traveller should expect. We stayed on the 4th floor, there is a lift that takes you to the apartment directly (to the hall, leading to the kitchenette, so no noise or anything). This was my first time ever to to get out of the lift with the help of a key :) it is rather a real-life apartment, full of character, than a sterile box to spend the night, and as such it might look a bit on a granny's side,, e.g. to flush the toilet you have to rotate the handle instead of pushing or pressing. As for me it all added to the fun and delight of staying there.

The location is the best, walk-distance to all of the central places. Duomo square is maximum 11mins. Very clean! They were cleaning the apartment every single day. The bed is comfy. As a result, it was a really good decision for us to stay there. we left the apartment happy.

The only thing that we found a bit weird was; we had a breakfast included deal but they just put some cookies and donuts on the table which is more like a snack than a breakfast for us. So basically, even though we had a breakfast included deal, they did not serve breakfast to ya.- I have shared the picture of the snacks.

really happy i booked to stay here! i came to milan for a 24 layover and needed a olace for me and my mom to stay. the location is perfect, right under the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, and a street market. 10 min walk to the duomo. the room is gorgeous and comfortable. the hostess Michaela is so nice warm and helpful! the stay comes with a complimentary breakfast of delicious pastries, coffee, juice and more. all in all a perfect place to stay for a day in milan

Absolutely great location -- 10/15-minute walk to the Duomo. The room is actually a small apartment, with bedroom, bathroom & dining area (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge). Comfy & clean. Great assortment of homemade pastries daily for breakfast. Very nice staff. Excellent place for the price paid, specifically given the location.

I feel tempted to highly recommend the place, but some tiny things to consider: - as mentioned in other comments, the street below is noisy (on the plus side, plenty of bars & places to eat very nearby). Light sleepers, do take into consideration. - I'm used to a pretty firm bed; the ones in the apartment are a bit soft, IMO. Nothing major, just something to know.

Did not have time to eat breakfast for 4 days, served too late. Short distance to many of the tourist attractions like the Sforza castle, Duomo di Italia, Pinacoteca Brera and others.

Not serving breakfast before 0930 not good enough when you do early activities in Milan. Quite noisy area.

It gets a little loud sometimes at night as the room is right above the restaurant .

Very professional handling from owners side. Text message with all relevant information before arrival. Very flexible in adapting changes on the receipt. Rooms cleaned and bed made up every day. Even positioned in the heart of Milan, quiet and calm after midnight. Definitely my next time stay in Milan.
