Location , interior design of the room , and the staff were all perfectly fine.

when you book and pay for the room with breakfast included, you have to be aware that there is a 15 euro / person limit on breakfast. we had to pay 10 euro extra in the morning because we have exceed the budget given by the local , means 30 euro for 2 persons. I think asking for 10 euro on top of what you have paid for the hotel + breakfast included (!) 330 euro, does not worth to create this unpleasant situation with the customer. or you guys need to state this fact on booking , so people are fully aware about what they book and what they will get. thank you

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Very cool and comfortable in the heat wave - air conditioning very good. Nice breakfast. Nice furnishings in flat.

Noise made by people living in the flat above, doing DIY ? until 11pm. Could also hear quite loud voices, walking across floor, and other noises until midnight. The flat is owned separately, so not part of the hotel itself. Would rate as 9 if had been quieter. It would be great to have a kettle in the apartment, though drinks and water is provided by the bar staff (thank you).

The room was large, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Perfect! Despite the busy street it was quiet as the windows were well insulated. Staff was very very nice. Location was very convenient near metro and the Brera neighborhood.

My only criticism is that breakfast (included) could not be served before 8am which is when the restaurant below the room opens. This is probably OK for many tourists but for business travellers like myself was not ideal.

Excellent location and a Metro Station around the corner. There was a limit to what could be had for breakfast (maximum of 15 Euros worth - this would e.g. cover a coffee, croissant, scrambled eggs with avocado or salmon) but in our case that was actually sufficient. Anything over 15 Euros would be charged to the room and sorted out on checkout. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was always clean. After two days we even received clean bathrobes even though we hadn't requested for them to be replaced as they weren't dirty. Towels etc were of course replaced daily. The place is very clean.

It's not that we didn't like it, but it was different. LP Brera doesn't have a traditional check-in desk. Check-in is done at the restaurant counter downstairs. The rooms are upstairs. A minor thing was that our room didn't have a safe. But we just hid our few valuables somewhere in the room and it wasn't a big deal to us. But in most hotels where we stay there is always a safe, so maybe this is something LP Brera would want to address in future.

Beautiful room above a lovely little wine bar and restaurant. Gorgeous Art Deco style with a very well equipped mini bar to entertain the most discerning of imbibers.

Getting out for an early departure was like completing a puzzle room that would've had us trapped if not for an early starter in the restaurant that showed us where the button to exit (8 ft away and around a corner) was! Quite stressful for a few while with an international flight on the end of it! Better instructions for early leaving required!

This quaint hotel only has four rooms! They are spacious and modern. The bathrooms are great and the beds are super comfy. The hotel is situated above a bar where you have your breakfast each morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Our room was decorated and fitted in a very modern, quirky style. However everything was coordinated and was very attractive. All the facilities worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. Also it is possible to walk to all the major attractions. Note though that the railway station is not walkable, especially with a case. But Milan taxis are easy to find and are relatively cheap compared to many other major cities.

Breakfast at weekends started at 9.00. We needed to catch an early train so missed breakfast. However the staff did make us a bag of drinks, pastries and yoghurt with fresh fruit which was good. A cooked breakfast a t 8.00 would have been appreciated

We simply loved it. The staff, especially Varnessa, were marvelous. We are already considering our next visit and will make a point of returning to Locanda Pandenus.

This is not your typical hotel. It is a part of a restaurant group, and you need to simply enter the restaurant and let them know you're a guest. They will take it from there. Be sure to understand how to access and exit the hotel portion fully. Once you are comfortable with the particulars, then enjoy Milan. The hotel is in the very middle of everything, and Duomo di Milano is an easy walk. Loved it.

Unfortunately check out for us was chaotic as no-one told us that locanda pandenus was closed due to building works which meant we had to leave without a breakfast. Thankfully the lovely cleaner told us where to go even if the other pandenus location wasn't aware we were going to leave our luggage with them. Overall still a lovely stay.

Location was excellent. Vanessa who ran the place was kind, helpful. Could not do enough to make us welcome. The accommodation was very comfortable , large space, exceedingly clean and very stylish.. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linen was fabulous. Loved this place and highly recommend it as an alternative to the usual hotel. Enjoyed having a drink each evening at the restaurant downstairs. All in all it was an excellent stay. Thank you to all.
