Room was very cozy everything as stated wifi was very good Deborah on the reception was very helpful and a lovely genuine person always happy to help very easy access at night we read there were issues but it was very easy great location also central near caroli metro station great food place just across the street for evening drinks in the park little hard to find at first as it is just a big double door but if you look at the doorbells and ring the couper castello bell access is easy all in all a great stay for sure would stay there again 10/10

We loved our stay at Couper Castello. The room was super clean, they cleaned it daily and changed the towels. It had a great location you could walk everywhere in 10-15 min and arrive at Duomo, Galleria Vittore Emanuele. Metro station was 2 min walk if you decide to go to other parts of the city and had great connections. It’s a classical building with a beautiful architecture and inside everything was renovated but it kept it unique style. The staff was very communicative, friendly and they let us do a late check out and also we left the luggage there after the check out, which is a thing we truly appreciated. Imen and Melanie were great. Thank u for making our visit unforgettable. We will definitely come back again.

Right across from the Castle Sforzesco - the location is perfect for a quick visit. The room and facilities match the images and was clean and spacious.

I didn’t notice it in the fine print but there is no desk in the room. Which makes working or placing your small belongings a bit of a challenge. Also as a solo female taveler, I was a bit surprise that the entree door to the floor was was open to the general corridor. The reception is unmanned and while under 24/7 video surveillance after 8pm I did feel a bit uncomfortable about that. The receptionist assured me the cameras are monitored 24/7. A bit of walk to a supermarket/shop to pick up some supplies so if you arrive late you have to plan if you like a late night snack. Coffee/tea/water/crackers are in the room.

We recently stayed here for one week at the end of our honeymoon. The rooms were beautifully decorated each with their own colour scheme/design, very clean and the beds comfortable! The property is in such a great location in a beautiful historic building (big stone staircases, older cage style lift and all!), right across the road from the Sforza Castle and easy walking distance to the Duomo, shops, bakeries, restaurants etc. We loved walking around exploring all the local streets and laneways. There is no restaurant or room service at the property with it being more of a boutique hotel, but there were lots of easy food options nearby and it was easy to get items delivered. Mel and Iman at reception were great, so friendly and helpful (Mel even offered to go out to get food items for us if needed and left some baked sweets in our room for us), and the gentleman from housekeeping was always friendly and helped with our bags (so sorry I missed his name)! We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back to The Couper Castello next time we are in Milan!

the location of The Couper Castello is excellent in the center of beautiful Milan attractions, so clean and comfortable rooms the service was amazing they have an amazing Lady her name is Saba she's really the best 👌 Saba was a big help for us, she arranged everything and answered all our questions about the city, restaurants and transportation, she's literally the best concierge you can wish for ,thank you dear Saba for your help your smile and your beautiful heart 😍

Incredible location just opposite the castle yet quiet. The hotel is historic, but has been modernised with gorgeous decor, and a very well appointed stylish bathroom. The bed was super comfortable with high quality linen, and some nice touches including complimentary water, coffee and snacks. Christina the host at reception was super helpful and a delight to deal with. We will be back!!

The best part is the location, in a portion of an old Palazzo right across the street from the main entrance of the Sforza castle, very convenient to the sights and museums of Milan and good restaurants and shopping in the Via Dante. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little sparsely furnished with a minimum of storage, but certainly doable. Nicely set up and clean bathroom. Staff not full time, but very helpful. Gotta love the old school open elevator.

Brilliant location near il Castello. Beautiful designed room in old block of apartments.

Small room with poor view from room into courtyard. Needed to call a mobile number to gain access since reception was not manned after 16.30! There was an emergency in the middle of night due to a leaking bathroom in floor above but nobody attended until morning. No breakfast at location but a coffee machine but staff forget to refill coffee on last day.

One of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed. Super well located and beautifully decorated.

It’s not easy to find at first. There is no sign outside abs looks like a regular residential building. Also, they should explain upfront that the whole hotel is modern and works online, as there is never someone in the lobby. I had a situation with my hotel key that stop working in a Friday night and got really distressed. I called (the phone did not work), emailed and send a message through booking. They solved within minutes, which was great, but I wish someone had told me how to reach out in as emergency during check in.
