great location, most of the tourist sights are walking distance

the self check-in process is over complicated, make sure you have internet connection otherwise impossible to get help, the bath tub is so small and the base is uneven, impossible to stand and have a decent shower without water splashing everywhere.

The location is very good, and the building is beautiful and historic. Our apartment was bright and spacious. It had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, and laundry capsules. The shower was very convenient with great water pressure. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were not the best; they were bearable for a couple of days. The apartment also had an iron, a hairdryer, a microwave, and a kettle, which was a plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it with a few improvements in mind!

However, there were a couple of downsides. At 5 AM, for several days, there were some bins being dragged outside, which was quite noisy. Additionally, we had some issues with mosquitoes; it would be great to have some repellents available in the apartment.

Great location and nice ambiance. There are stone floors and a wooden ceiling. The apartment is well equipped. There's a well working dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, tea kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. The two air conditioners also work great. They even send you a "room manual" web page, where you can find the links to all the equipment in the room. Very convenient. We had our windows going out into the patio, so it was pretty quiet. The location itself is perfect: the street itself is beautiful and it's 10 minutes to the Duomo and the main square. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location and about 15 minute walk from main tourist attractions. Apartment was really cozy, clean, warm and quiet. The bed was perfect, the linen and towels smelled nice. Water pressure was good. Bathtub was small, so 2 people at the same time will not fit in ;) In the kitchen you will find all necessary things, but it would be nice if there was coffee and tea as well. The natural light that comes to the apartment is amazing. Italian radio created exactly the atmosphere that you would expect :) And the cozyness of the bedroom...wow!🥰 I would definetely recommend this apartment to friends and I would love to visit it again in the future❤️

The location was great. Easy access to get everywhere. The apartment was comfy as well.

The shower was not very good

The location of this property is wonderful. It is central but also quiet. It was impeccably clean and the mattress, pillows and linen are of high quality.

We had some initial mis-communication, but it was resolved quickly by the host. I booked for myself and my 17 year-old son as the property offered/advertised a bedroom and a sleeper sofa. It did not occur to me that I would need to point out that we would use the sleeper sofa. When we arrived, only the bed was made and there were not extra linens in the apartment. We contacted the host, and it took a few messages back and forth to explain that we did not intend to sleep together and had book this apartment because it provided privacy for each of us. Once that was established, extra linens were brought.

I got too many messages about nothing, and thus important mail about code for key locker was almost lost and it was urgently needed during check out. I would appreciate to send the code again in the message on check-out time which I got 3 time in the morning of the day of departure.

Great location, next to Milan's biggest attractions. Very good contact with the staff. In our case pit was possibility of early check-in. Air conditioning worked very well.

Nothing :-) Nevertheless, if someone is bothered by the noise then you must be aware that the apartment is located on the main street where streetcars run and it is a bit noisy.

Great location, decent wifi, quiet and spacious for two people.

Insufficient toiletries for two people for four days. We only got two sachets of shower gel / shampoo and two tiny bars of soap. The nespresso coffee maker only came with two pods! Overall this was a bit mean. The kitchen had no cooking utensils, though there were plenty of pots and pans. It took us a bit of fiddling about with radiator valves to get the heating to work. It would have been nicer if: we'd had enough soap and shower gel for the time we were staying; there was enough coffee pods for each person staying to have a couple of cups each day of their stay; the heating had been on when we arrived.
