The location was amazing — only 15-minute walk to the Duomo di Milano, 7-minute walk to Milano Cadorna. We had an appointment in Rozzano and could easily get there by using only one tram, which I should say is very punctual. The staff was so nice - I was touched when they said "Good evening" in Ukrainian! People say rooms are small, so I expected it to be tiny, but it was normal honestly. And everything worked perfectly - the hairdryer, the sockets, and the shower. And it was hot in the room, although chilly outside. We'll definitely stay there when come again to Milan.

Location is amazing. Very Central and close to most touristic places. Prices are super low and the rooms are good.

The fact that they do not give a second key for the second guest. I booked a room for two guests and we went out separate time’s of the day but we either had to leave the key with reception so whoever came first would be able to access the room. There’s no kettle or hairdryer in the room. Maybe the hotel is too old I’m not sure.

The hotel is located in the centre of the town, near the subway. The room was big enough for two people, and the bed was also big and comfortable. There was daily cleaning provided.

The reception was not 24/7 as stated when we did the reservation, however they immediately informed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.

Well placed hotel near train, bus, tram or metro (about 400 m), pleasant staff, clean facility, fresh water at the lobby.

Way too small elevators (for max 2 people with baggages) causing a bit of claustrophobia and takes long time to get to your room and out. Also the bathtub faucet not working properly.

The great localization - 15 minutes walk from the cathedral, 10 minutes walk from train station to Malpensa airport, modern and nice room.

We were asked twice to pay a city tax (during the check in and check out), so we had to explain we have already payed it. Then the recepcion clerk counted us too much for our beverages.

Very convenient for the main sites . 10 minute walk to the Duomo . Tram outside the door of the hotel . Best hotel for location. Also only one tiny liftvworking which took ages to go up and down .

Breakfast was 15 euros per person . Waste of money . We only had it because there was a thunderstorm and heavy rain stopping us going to the cafe next door . To be avoided .

Davide was exceptionally helpful in finding our way around. He had great ideas for food and entertainment in the area. Mokinba is in the perfect area! It is 8 minutes from The Last Super, 14 minutes from the Duomo Cathedral, Mall, and Leonardo Gallery. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel and less than a 10 minute walk from everything. Hotel staff speak great English and the hotel has a plesent style to it.

Italy is Italy so you go out for coffee etc but a kettle would be a welcome addition. That's coming from a tea loving brit that wants tea late at night,so take it as you will.

Location, facilities, and staff were all exceptional. The staff was super helpful and nice gave good advice and made our stay go easy. The location was great just close enough to all the shopping and cathedral but a little away to where you aren’t bombarded by everything loved it!
