We liked the location, the room size was great, shower was great & bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful. It was good to have coffee & tea facilities. We would definitely stay here next time we visit Milan.

The only criticism, and it’s only a small one, is the toiletries. We normally travel with hang luggage only rely on a hotel to provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, which was lacking in this hotel, & I feel if that if you are going to advertise yourself as a luxury hotel you need to provide these. However I wouldn’t stop this from me staying here again.

Pleasant experience and suitable place to stay, surly value for money. I enjoyed the 5 days in this hotel. Hotel is nice and clean, located in third floor with no lobby, all in all the room was very clean and fresh, all towels was clean not the best quality but changed every day and room was perfectly quite to have a nice relaxing sleep at night. Location was perfect as you had metro, train, bus and tram around you, almost with two minute walk. Staff helpful and welcoming you

If the staff could have a knowledge of local transport, or have a better map to provide to see around the hotel I would it be nice if the hairdryer was better, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner would be in bathroom. Also, would it be nicer if you could provide list of food place to enable at least to place order to delivery.

The room was very clean and pleasant, I felt for the first time like a business man. Also, the metro station Cadorna was near, the train station was near, a pharmacy was near and even a gelato shop. There are also Netflix accounts on the tv so you can spend your time. They have free coffee. The bathroom was amazing and clean. The security of your room is also good, you have to enter by a card that they give you. You can also leave your bags in the reception when you check out if you want to grab a coffee and also you can ask for information. All in all , it was an amazing experience there, I wished I had booked more days.

There are some reviews about noises . Don't worry about that , we slept like babies . The hotel is on the 3rd floor and it has an elevator access to it

The cleanliness of the hotel and the great comfort of the beds and quietness of the rooms exceeded my expectations! My family and I had three rooms in total and we were very pleased that we chose this hotel. We slept so well! The location is fantastic - just a few steps from the Cadorna train station and so super-convenient for traveling from Malpensa airport by train and yet the rooms are so quiet and peaceful. We found our stay very relaxing, and the hotel was a good base for exploring Milan. This is a one-star hotel and so breakfast is not available on site. However, there are many suitable breakfast cafes within a 10 minute walk. We were glad of the very effective air conditioning in the rooms, given that it was around 31C and quite humid outside during our trip.

We would have perhaps preferred if the hotel had offered more secure luggage storage than simply leaving our luggage in the hallway to be 'minded'; however, we were nevertheless very grateful that the hotel receptionist offered to keep an eye on our luggage before check-in and after check-out respectively.

I chose this for proximity to the Malpensa Express train, available from the Cadorna metro station one block away. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable - modern interior. It is also near to restaurants and shops.

To activate electricity to the room, you insert your key card into a slot by the door. Removing it turns off power. At bed time, I turned off all the lights, but the one over the door would not turn off (and it was very bright.). After trying every switch in the apartment, I finally had to remove the key card to turn off room power - this was the only way to turn off that light. Unfortunately, doing this turned off power to the apartment, including the air conditioner, so it got hot inside. Also, not thinking it through, I found out the next morning that my phone did not charge. They may wish to use a dim light bulb in that light above the entry door (see photograph, taken around midnight, from the bed.)

We used this as a base to explore Milan. It was quiet and clean and the location was excellent. It is one floor of what looks like an old office building. The center of town was an easy and interesting walk. There is a subway stop one block away, and the train from the international airport was also one block away. We reserved rooms just two days before arriving and it was just about the lowest cost option available. Would stay again. No amenities - but we were at the hotel just to sleep after packed days as tourists.

The AC didn't go very low.

The location is great, close to Train & Metro stations with several restaurants nearby. The hotel is actually located on the 3rd floor of an older office building and has the original vintage elevator in the center of the building. It was easy to access and very quiet on the weekend we were there. Dinner was just a few minutes away.

Since there's just one floor of rooms with a reception desk it's quite the minimal space with no extras like a restaurant or lobby. The decor is modern and comfy but the whole laminate floor squeaks and the shower isn't level so the bathroom floor got wet. Minor annoyances but we still got a good night's rest.

The hotel is located on the third floor of an old building and totally renewed. The location close to M1 and M2 and trams was perfect for us. The room was really comfortable and receptionists were helpful. The doorman downstairs was really friendly too. A perfect location for a long week-end in January.

We stayed in January and slept very well, however our room was on the side of the railway station and I wonder how much noise there is in summer if someone does not like air conditioning (which is my case) and wants to open the window.

The proximity to the Cadorna train station makes this hotel ideal. The neighborhood is upscale, there are lots of restaurant options, and the walk to the Duomo is about 5 minutes by metro. The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was much nicer than expected. Note, even though the hotel backs up to the train station, there was no noise.

Very good location, nice walk to the heart of the city. U-station and train station just 1-2 min. away. Room was clean, bathroom very nice, bed decent, not too soft, which I like. You get tea and coffee in the room, which is nice, enough towels

Can't open the window, there's too noisy outside and couldn't get the AC to work (propobaly my fault). Not many possibilities to eat in the vicinity, you do need to go a bit further. No volume control on TV but I didn't hear anybody's TV so I hope nobody heard mine
