The hotel is ideally situated between the castle and the Duomo and on the doorstep of shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with a nice choice of hot and cold foods. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Just a very minor point, the room would have benefited from having a kettle with tea and coffee facilities but this didn't detract from our very enjoyable stay.

We love everything about the hotel. The best customer services from all staff. They were so responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room feels larger than advertised. We did not feel cramp at all. Spacious bathroom and very clean everywhere. Breakfast service was amazing, we love the lattes and cappuccino. The ice coffee was very good too. They helped us with booking for our transfer to and from Lake Como because we heard that the trains and buses were a nightmare made worse with the rerouting for preparation for the Olympics. Thank you for an amazing stay…10 out of 10 for sure.

The only thing we could think of would be maybe better pillows. They were too flat for us but they happily gave us two extra pillows.

The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel with lovely artwork and tastefully decorated rooms. The breakfast is amazing. Excellent quality and so much variety, without compromising the quality and taste. However the best thing is the staff and customer service. We were greeted by Antillio upon arrival, who was so welcoming and helpful to book our taxi and with directions etc. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is fantastic and we Weste able to walk everywhere. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back.

Everything was fantastic. There is a small suggestion; it works be great to have tres and coffee making facilities in the room. That would make it perfect!

The hotel was lovely and the staff was fabulous! Our suite was beautiful, immaculately clean, well-kept and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had windows overlooking a charming street. Although the street was noisy, the windows were heavy and good at keeping the noise in. The shower in our room was heavenly! I hope we can return again and thank the staff for such a lovely experience.

Our only concerns were that there either wasn't air conditioning or it didn't work in our room (I recognize that is common in Europe but I just wasn't expecting it in the hotel), and they had a bad blow dryer that didn't seem to work properly. However, those things were minor - the staff was incredible and accommodating, and I'm sure they would have gotten us a different blow dryer had I asked!

Staff was really friendly, specially Attilio who went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is located at a walking distance from both the Duomo and the Castle which is helpful. Really enjoyed my stay there. Would stay there again whenever I am in Milano.

Breakfast was limiting to us as we eat Halal and the eggs where in the same hot display as the pork bacon. But to be fair we did not point it out to the staff, and the bakery options were delicious.

The location is perfect. İt is 7-8 minutes to duomo by walking. The breakfast is large and clean. The rooms have enough space.

The room sound insulation is not good. İ had to change my reservation dates because of bad weather condition in istanbul. My flight was cancelled 2 day ago from the check in date. Firstly the hotel didnt want to change the reservation dates and they wanted to get 1 day amount. After long conversation we had deal about changing the dates as a free. Thank you for this. İ would want them to change the dates as free at when they heard about it. Not

Staff were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly! Nothing was too much bother for them. The hotel itself is very chic, the decoration is beautifully done. Breakfast was great, a lot of choice! Location is absolutely excellent - 9 minute walk to the cathedral! Lovely restaurants near by! I would say that for someone who is wheelchair bound it wouldn’t be great as the lift only fits two people without suitcases or one person with a small suitcase. My brother has a wheelchair but could walk to the lift and the room so we were able to just leave his wheelchair downstairs with the staff which worked beautifully for when we were coming and going a lot as we could just get the wheelchair at the door and go and then come back leave the wheelchair and then take the lift straight up to our room! I think there was also a stair lift too but again that’s a lot of extra work for anyone who is wheelchair bound. I would recommend talking to the hotel though if you have any queries as they were absolutely brilliant with any questions we had! Would 100% recommend. :)

The location is fantastic - most of the things a (particularly art centred) tourist will want to see are within a ten minute walking radius of the hotel which is just off one of the main semi-pedestrianised shopping thoroughfares. The hotel has a lovely slightly quirky design mixing minimalism with a slightly Cocteauish feel. Good breakfast and extremely polite staff.

No complimentary water or f=coffee making facilities in room. Minibar and bar prices a little on the high side.
