Excellent location within at most 10 min leisurely walk to Duomo, Scala, and Castello (and major shopping streets) in the historical center. Easy subway connection (4 stops) to Central Station (and the train to Malpensa airport). A pedestrian zone (Via Dante) with many restaurants and cafes is three minutes away. Room was small, but functional. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient A/C.

Nothing really to complain about, but travelers should be aware that this is an "ApartHotel" meaning that there is no all-day hotel reception desk and no breakfast room. Also, while there is a (small) elevator you still need to walk one flight of stairs to get there. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. And, as mentioned in another review, your room may face a major street with an audible tram; did not bother us (good windows) but don't plan to sleep with the window open.

Clean, decent sized double room, with a nice shower and well-lit bathroom. It is set up as an independent room within a flat. There's a safe, wardrobe space, couple of chairs and stools, a desk, coffee machine and kettle, and ample lighting. I've read so many reviews about it being noisy but I didn't hear a thing all night (I was in room 101) and slept like a log. They have space and a system to leave luggage before check in and after check out. The lady who checked me in (Marina) was especially welcoming and friendly and she gave me excellent local information, all nicely printed out. It was quite a nice touch, and something I've not seen often even at hotels. The location is unbeatable (it's a 3min walk to the metro and a 10min walk to almost every major site). For a short trip I can't think of a better place to stay.

Nothing to complain about. I had one small issue with the bathroom which I mentioned to Marina and it was immediately taken care of.

The convenient location of the property, which is in close proximity to the Duomo and various metro stations, facilitating ease of travel throughout Milan. In addition, the newly renovated room to be exceptionally pleasant and super clean. The spaciousness of the bathroom was also appreciated. The check-in process was efficient, and communication was satisfactory.

The ongoing construction outside unfortunately obstructed the view from the window. Additionally, due to the close proximity of other rooms, it was necessary to maintain a quiet environment.

The design details of the bathroom, the simple decor, the sound proofing of possible noise from other guests coming and going from their rooms, the air con was top, the tv with English channels, the kettle, the free water and the location fast 5 min walk to Duomo square.

The fact that only after you e booked and paid there is a little notice that building is under scaffolding and that there is restaurant air filter (or something) noise echoing in small courtyard that my room faced onto. It stopped at 10pm.

The Location was amazing - did not spend a penny to travel anywhere - since our aim was to stay in the heart of Milano. At first we were hesitant to book since some reviews mentioned the noise of the tram (which is understandable given this location is smack bang in the heart of Milano) but we were given a room facing side road and the noise did not disturb us or prevent us from sleeping and there was pure silence in the dead of the night. The room was spacious, the bathroom with very good lighting, the kitchen well stocked (although we did not get to use it) and there were all amenities including free water bottles, sewing kit, bed slippers and hygiene products. The staff was very efficient and always replied to our messages and even accommodated us to keep the room an hour longer given our flight departure. They offer to retain the luggage as well. Greatly recommended especially if you wish to stay in the heart of the city a stones throw away from the Duomo.

The apart hotel location is as central as it gets and you will be able to go around the city centre of Milan by foot. However, there is very good public transport such as trams and metro that will allow you to travel easily to most locations. The apartment was decent size and modern, including most basic amenities. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and beyond.

Please note that although the kitchen is functional it will be difficult to cook properly due to the lack of pans, utensils and available space. Nevertheless, you can easily cook quick/easy meals and breakfast. The area can get very busy but this is not necessarily a disadvantage.

The staff is amazing and accommodating. They were able to accommodate our very late check-in. The rooms were spacious (for Italy) and super comfortable. The location was within walking distance to many amazing things and we absolutely loved the neighborhood. Great Parking at Bonaparte Parking several blocks from the hotel. Not the closest garage but you park your own car and take your keys with you. Very spacious parking spots too.

The entrance is situated on a very narrow, one way street and so we could not park our car in front of the hotel to pick up our luggage. We had to park across the street and shuttle the luggage to the car from the door. Mostly, it was just inconvenient but no fault of the hotel. If you drive, you should know this ahead of time. Also, because there are areas that become "pedestrians only" during the day, be careful where you park. I ended up ignoring the parking garage Waze sent me to because I would not have been able to drive out the following day when it was time for us to leave.

The location was great - 5-7 minutes from the Duomo, you can't ask for better! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and we could store our luggage before and after check-in/out. The price for city center Milan was reasonable. Appreciated the mini fridge.

The room was smaller than expected - if you have two suitcases, you might no have space to open them. We had one and barely managed to find a spot to open it. The air conditioning was not working (fair, it was November, but a really warm day) and we tried sleeping with the window open, but even if we are deep sleepers, who use earplugs, the sound from the street was too much.

Very good location, several minutes walk from Doumo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele or Teatro alla Scala. Very clean, helpful staff. Kitchenetta with essential appliances like a refrigerator microwave and stovetop.

The only con is noisy historical trams, so some people could have problem with sleeping.

Staff were lovely, very helpful. Room small but not a shock as was had read reviews. Room was very warm and due to noise from trams passing through the night couldn’t keep window open, but again I had read reviews do didn’t put me off. The room was very clean, bed was very uncomfortable (very hard mattress). Work was being carried out on the outside of the building which staff apologised for and gave a bottle of Prosecco.

Bed very uncomfortable.
