This hotel suited us down to the ground for a weekend trip. We got in late the first night as in 1.30am and there was a lovely man in reception waiting for us. We had a room right beside the reception area and I thought I would be kept awake with noise, did not hear a peep. The hotel must have sound proof walls! Was an hour late for breakfast (due to not changing time on watch), and the lovely lady got back out items for us for breakfast. The breakfast is your usual contential breakfast of cereals, yoghurt, breads, ( also a GF option) eggs, pastries fruit and is all we wanted. The room had a double bed, really comfy and yes as per all other reviews the bathroom is a bit on the small side but to be honest we were in Milan to sight see so up and out early and back late in the evening and into bed so we had everything we needed, didnt even turn on TV in the room so dont know anything about that. The location suited us as we like to walk so 20 mins walk to centre was nothing. There was complimentary water in reception, really handy to have and the morning we checked out (which was 5.50am) the man in reception gave us water and croissants for our journey. I could not fault anything at this hotel. Yes it is a bit out from the centre but then the plus side of that is it's so quiet. A taxi to central station is €23. I was really impressed on how helpful nice all the staff are.

The hotel was lovely. Staff very accommodating even if English not good. Always happy to please, which makes communication so much better. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice.. Continental Loved 24 hr desk.. they keep key, which is a load off

Shower a bit squeeze.. and no lift, but it didn't bother anyone. Should say in bio though.. just in case .. just 1 floor.. prefer crockery over paper cups for tea and coffee and also supply milk. We bought some but understand crema not really big to Italians . Small issues...

Close proximity to the Metro (around 5 mins walking distance). Room was small but large enough for one person and cleaned daily. Breakfast that was included had plenty of options. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I could not seem to put an extra lock on the door at night (could be my own mistake) but that felt a bit unsafe. Airconditioning did not seem to make a real difference.

Special mention to the staff who were incredibly hospitable and helpful at reception. We had a very delayed flight which caused us to arrive at the hotel around 3am. Some other hotels in Milan charge extra for checking in after 11pm, and more after 1am. So, we chose this hotel because of its 24/7 manned reception at no extra charge. Room was quiet and decent sized with plenty of closet space and tables to place your luggage and clothes. You will sleep well on these firm comfortable beds. Good Wifi. Location is excellent with great bars and restaurants nearby. Direct buses to the centre, and metro access within a 7 min walk away. Breakfast was limited but decent.

The decor is a little dated but has a certain vintage charm. Nothing major.

Staff, location, bed, bathroom, cleanliness, breakfast and price: amazing.

Being super picky, maybe I would change the white lights in the room. But apart from that, I wouldn’t change a thing. If I go back to Milan, I would repeat this accommodation.

The property is very well located and the staff was very nice , they offered us a parking place free of charge for 1 night. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are a bit outdated and very small as well. The breakfast was very nice .. we liked it a lot!

Very welcoming and friendly staff at this great hotel. The breakfast had so much variety and it was all fresh. The rooms are cosy and supply toiletries, slippers and other paid services like laundry. Overall a great hotel! Close to station, 30min from Duomo

Could be cleaner. Decor is dated and decals are coming off the walls in the rooms

It was close to shops and QC termemilano spa. That was my main reason for going. The hotel was clean and friendly for price. The breakfast was minimal (toast, eggs, cereals, croussants) but i don't eat full English so that was good for me :)

That they didn't do hot food like dinner as it was hard find resturants open (for dinner) in the day. Based on the resturants close by not serving hot food until later. But you could have cakes etc

The hotel was in a good location - 20mins walking distance to the Duomo and to other cool areas like Navigli. The room was on the smaller scale, however, was the perfect size for a short stay. Bonus was the air con! Another highlight was the warm and welcoming staff!

Very charming team. Small hotel but efficient, someone 24h/24h available at the reception. Good location, 5mn from subway and 15mn from Bocconi. Very good wifi, very fast. Basic breakfast but it does the job. Good value for price. Two beds in the room, one with soft mattress, one with hard. I do not know if it is on purpose to offer choice, but I was happy of it and had good sleep on the hard one. There was a market on the street on friday, unexpected but nice to get local products before leaving.

In my room you could hear everything people say in the next room, very thin walls. Hopefull there was a pharmacy on the other side of the road with earplugs. Shower had water evacuation problem, become a bath and overflows if takes too long, unpleasant situation.
