The room is perfect for a couple, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is also good, the subway station Lodi TIBB is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The M3 yellow line takes you from Lodi TIBB to Duomo in just a few stops, and the same line takes you to the Central Station. So it's easy to get around the center of Milan. The area around the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants and various shops, so it's great to stroll around Porta Romana. Marlà Pasticceria and Pasticceria Martesana are within walking distance from the hotel and they serve amazing pastries. Also, the room was very clean, housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed every day of my stay, so I was super happy with the cleanliness of the room. I would recommend!

The bed/mattress and pillows were a little too firm for my taste. The soundproofing of the common areas is not very good, we could clearly hear people talking and walking from the hallway. Also, the internal sliding door for the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, no other complaints.

It was very clean and roomy. Plenty of space in the bathroom too and well stocked with mini toiletries. I liked that there was a coffee machine free to use in the foyer. The best thing was the concierge that greeted us, he knew his stuff and had that proper concierge manner that makes the establishment feel like quality. The location was close to the city centre, easy to just walk in. There is also Lidl practically on the hotel doorstep for food/snacks.

The only thing it really lacked was access to cutlery and the parking wasn't so easy but the concierge did his best to direct us to free parking spaces.

BWH it’s well worth the money,the rooms are spacious-we had a family room which basically are 2rooms connected, briliant for a family with older children like ours.The hotel is only 2minutes from metro station and only 4stops away to “piazza del Duomo”. If travelling by car,the hotel has a private parking with individual garage which is a good asset for a big city where parking is difficult. Staff is helpful and nice.

The breakfast is good but could be better with some fresh vegetables

The room was of a good size, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect for a short work trip! I liked very much the cakes at breakfast and the juices, the hot breakfast (eggs...) could have been better. Hotel staff was polite and available if needed.

9th floor without lift from the 8th, small window and hot breakfast could have been better. Room was a bit overpriced for what I got. But I liked everything else very much!

Room was modest but very comfortable with fridge and tea making facilities. Bed excellent. Good aircon unit. Quiet at night. Good shower and bathroom set up. Excellent breakfast for a modest cost. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, both front desk and dining room. Extremely convenient location for public transport users - Metro station at the door on the M3 line that runs direct to Duomo and Centrale. Electro buses also at the door and tram lines not far away. Lidl supermarket a few steps away plus restaurants and pasticceria nearby.

No negatives. For the price, it had everything. Really liked it.

Check in/check out is fast, rooms are clean. The breakfast area is quiet and the service for coffee, tea, etc., is fast.

The food offering for breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of both variety and quality. The omelet is usually cold (I've stayed at this hotel several times), there are no vegetables, and the pastries are often hard and seem a bit stale.

The property is next to the steps from the metro Lodi Tibb, which was very useful for me for the extremely short stay that I had here. The checkin was smooth and everything was ready when I arrived including the keys. The staff was welcoming and I felt at ease. The room was modern and stylish though quite spartan. The bed was soft and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. There is a Lidl next door and lots of nice restaurants that are open late into the night unlike more central areas where they close shop much earlier. I got a local taxi to the airport through the Uber app quickly in the morning and saved 20 euro extra being charged by the hotel for an airport drop. Overall a short but good experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in moving my luggage as well as providing information. Cleaning services were top notch. The location was very good and close to the subway. The kitchen staff were also very professional.

I found the breakfast a little boring in the sense that it was the same options every day for the entire week i was there. i suggest some variety be added for instance a menu for each day.

Rooms were very clean and the hotel is right in front of the subway which made everything super easy. The staff was really kind and even helped me recover something sentimental I accidentally left behind. Special thanks to Stefania and Lorenzo for their quick and thoughtful help!

No smokers area

- Location: right beside M3 metro station, 4 stops from Duomo (centre). Lidl supermarket right next door. Some nice restaurants (open late) nearby (esp. liked “Ivan & Frank” restaurant). - Room size, A/C (when on) and tv - good sized rooms with quite firm beds, strong air conditioning, big tv with good choice of channels. - Facilities: Free, strong wi-fi. Free coffee-making area downstairs (attention: no kettle etc in rooms).

- Seems A/C was turned off overnight (between midnight and 10am) by the night personnel one night, making it very uncomfortable. - Noise: can hear noise from other rooms & corridor, at times. Work under way outside to reduce noise pollution.
