Budget hotel. Basic but comfortable and very close to the spa QC Termilano which we wanted. Some nice restaurants close by and Duomo only 35 minutes walk away or 12 euros in a cab.

No tea making facilities, though they could make tea, it was only available in the morning and only if the staff on shift wanted to make it. For us Brits that really let the place down.

We were staying just for one night. It was a nice hotel and our room was clean. The bed was fine and we slept well. We didn’t expect much about the view. From our balcony we saw only other buildings, not the city. They changed our room before we checked in so that’s how we got that view. It is about 15 minutes from the cathedral and the city centre. In the nearby is the metro station and a lot of good restaurants.

Very friendly staff, good location, close to the city centre via subway. The room was small but we were in the city for the whole day so it was ideal for us. Comfortable room and beds, everyday housekeeping and cleaning, overall very clean room and bathroom. Great for a 3-star hotel.

Breakfast has to be pre-selected from a menu - I prefer buffet, but it's a small hotel so it makes sense not to have a big buffet.

located in a very nice area just outside the busy-ness of Milan. the metro takes you to duomo in 3 stops. the hotel is located just off the avenue where you can find restaurants bars and shops. it get very safe and quiet at night. very modern on the inside and has a big bathroom. They have elevator and stairs. AC works great, hot water works great. I really enjoyed my stay and had no issues.

I recommend! The hotel staff was so friendly, they helped us before we do check-in with the toilet and our luggage. When we arrived later we find our room ready and our luggage in the room they offered free water for us! 5 min walk from hotel you can find Bus station or Metro!

The location and ambience of Porta Romana, it is pretty close to Duomo area and not tourist area. The hotel is small , the room is small and the elevator even smaller and old however it served its function. The lobby and breakfast room is small but still convenient.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, and it had safe off-street parking behind the building. The hotel facilities were as advertised and displayed on Booking.

Could not get window shutter to go up. Air conditioner was a bit loud... but it was nice to have :)

It was clean and spacious. We had issue with sink and it was fixed immediately. Rooms were cleaned every day. Very nice and accommodating staff.

A bit outdated and very small lift, so if you don’t want to do stairs you may struggle.

Cheap and cheerful, comfortable, quiet and lots of great places to eat nearby.

Wish the room had a kettle or fridge
