The night staffs received us very well and provided us with several tips on buses and places we could go. It was extremely helpful. Also, the staff team found and returned one of my gloves at checkout when I asked, not expecting to find it.

The breakfast is simple and there are not many options for those who expect to eat without too many carbohydrates, but the Cappuccino was one of the best I had in Milan.

The good location is clean, cozy and cute! The rooms are small but normal for 2-3 days! We had a great meeting and talked ! Breakfast from 7 :00 is all you need for BZHU! Not a masterpiece, but you can refuel ! Any tea is brewed with coffee ;) There is air conditioning and a sound insulation window! About audibility .. I read it in the reviews .. yes, there is, but no more than in other hotels this three! ( it didn 't hurt ) There are two supermarkets nearby, it is convenient and the metro is not 2 minutes, of course, but not far away! I recommend 100% for a short stop! I was comfortable ;)

Small but comfortable rooms, very good mattresses. Not at all noisy, although we were facing the street. Quite expensive the parking, but not more than other places in Milan, we were lucky to find the space in front of the hotel free and they let us park there. I think with a big car like ours the boxes would have been a tight fit. Didn’t try the breakfast. Location was very good for us, as we visited our son who lives nearby, but it’s walkable to the centre, at least for fit people.

No comments, everything was just fine.

The Hotels location was great less than 100 metres from tram stop. The Staff were very professional & polite not to mention helpful from the day I checked in till the day I checked out. The Hotel was very clean & my room was immaculately clean. I loved the bathroom in my room it was very modern & most off all the fluffy white towels.

it’s just next to tram station and could reach by Metro. Room was small but very clean. nice small toilet. front office staff are very helpful and friendly. They gave me one of their mobile charging cable as I had misplaced mine. They give you advice on site seeing. There is a big supermarket close by.

The room was clean and comfortable and tidied up daily. The location was near public transport and 20 min away from Cental city. The front desk staff were excellent, always there and very knowledgeable regarding shopping, places of interest and assistance with travel. The staff in my opinion were of the best standard.

The prices for the mini fridge were there butt there was nothing in it. The breakfast costed EUR 15 but i cannot say its great value for money. I only had it once and i though it was way too expensive.

The property was located a 10min tram-ride from the city center,m, which was fantastic. Not a lot of noise on the evening. The rooms where decently sized and clean. Staff was great! Very friendly and helped us with a nice restaurant when we arrived in the late evening and hadn’t eaten yet. Breakfast was nothing special, but the quality of the products was good.

The hotel is located an 11 minute walk from Lodi Tibb metro station which offers easy access across Milan. The hotel staff are helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. Norman - Trattoria della Tradizione Milanese restaurant serves excellent quality evening meals and it is conveniently located across the road. This is a good value hotel which provides easy access to the city.

The breakfast was perfectly adequate if you don't want much of a cooked breakfast.

Firstly, the staff here was amazing, I was desperately calling hotels at 3:00 am, in the middle of a thunderstorm, hoping that one of them had a late night check-in, and luckily I stumbled across this Hotel, and a person that actually picked up the phone. I got there soaking wet but was greeted and checked-in in a very friendly way. The room was great, clean, cozy, exactly what you’d expect from a 3-star Hotel, but better.
