Location was great, 5 - 10 min walk from subway station, this is on the Yellow line, which if you arrive during the day you can get straight from the Central Train station - to Lordi Tibb. Rooms were good well laid out, bathroom looked new. Nice seating area downstairs, and a good room on first floor for breakfast. Free Water in the fridge in the room, replaced daily. Free Coffee in the room replaced daily (proper espresso coffee). My wife and I arrived after 1am and thankfully the hotel is 24 hour service and we were sorted straight away. Taxi Ride from Train Station is 15 euros. Bus from Airport to trainstation is 10 euro each. On way to subway there is a shopping center, which a great little coffee shop on1st floor too.

a bit of modernisation in the room, but otherwise everything was fine. A lot of Italian hotels still have a lot of old style wooden furniture which is usual.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and decent location. I also forgot my passport in the room safe and they found it and held it for me at the desk. Good AC too considering how hot it was!

There was a couple small things that were not a big deal. The room didn’t have coffee as it maybe was not restocked but breakfast had nice coffee and service. The curtains were not too dark and so travelers may have trouble waking up at dawn. No big deal just small ways they might improve.

Beautiful interior, good size and comfortable rooms, very clean everywhere. The hotel staff - everyone were all so very kind and helpful The location is good - just 5 minutes walking distance from nearby bus stops. Cafes, breakfast and wonderful restaurants near the hotel. The area is beautiful and green. Hypermarkets at a walking distance. I recommend the hotel, one of our best stays, we're very thankful!

Everything was great!

Small but comfortable rooms, very good mattresses. Not at all noisy, although we were facing the street. Quite expensive the parking, but not more than other places in Milan, we were lucky to find the space in front of the hotel free and they let us park there. I think with a big car like ours the boxes would have been a tight fit. Didn’t try the breakfast. Location was very good for us, as we visited our son who lives nearby, but it’s walkable to the centre, at least for fit people.

No comments, everything was just fine.

The good location is clean, cozy and cute! The rooms are small but normal for 2-3 days! We had a great meeting and talked ! Breakfast from 7 :00 is all you need for BZHU! Not a masterpiece, but you can refuel ! Any tea is brewed with coffee ;) There is air conditioning and a sound insulation window! About audibility .. I read it in the reviews .. yes, there is, but no more than in other hotels this three! ( it didn 't hurt ) There are two supermarkets nearby, it is convenient and the metro is not 2 minutes, of course, but not far away! I recommend 100% for a short stop! I was comfortable ;)

The night staffs received us very well and provided us with several tips on buses and places we could go. It was extremely helpful. Also, the staff team found and returned one of my gloves at checkout when I asked, not expecting to find it.

The breakfast is simple and there are not many options for those who expect to eat without too many carbohydrates, but the Cappuccino was one of the best I had in Milan.

Super comfortable, clean, and very nice room with efficient air conditioning. Great for the price!

While I appreciated how clean the hotel was kept, I wish there was an option to put up a sign on the door for do not disturb, as well as some kind of external latch lock on the door. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly. They even offer free water. It is within 10 min walking distance from metro station.

There was mold in the bathroom and the shower head was full of limestone. Also if you want a late checkout they have a fee of 70€ for 4 extra hours (until 14:00), which is almost close for a full night - 110€/night.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Although the building and rooms are old, the bathroom is renovated and overall it is very clean and comfortable. The space is small but well designed for a budget friendly hotel. The subway is 10minutes walking distance and the tram is right in front of the hotel.

The rooms are a bit too small.

The Hotels location was great less than 100 metres from tram stop. The Staff were very professional & polite not to mention helpful from the day I checked in till the day I checked out. The Hotel was very clean & my room was immaculately clean. I loved the bathroom in my room it was very modern & most off all the fluffy white towels.

I didn't find anything not to like.
