The reception responded quickly when we contacted them via Booking.com! An amazing breakfast! Lots of options, and the barista made coffee (a wonderful cappuccino) and brought it out to us. We sat in the courtyard and enjoyed our meal. After breakfast, there were “free croissants” at the reception, a great way to avoid food waste! Our room (and one more that we could see) had a small patio with chairs and a table. You can probably request that when booking. Clean and spacious room with good storage and comfortable beds. Private parking was available. Just around the corner, there’s a cozy wine bar, Enoteca LM (with cold dishes like cheese and charcuterie platters), definitely worth a visit!

The reception/breakfast area wasn’t very cozy, but luckily, we could have breakfast in the courtyard. The bar counter next to the reception (serving alcohol in the evening and coffee in the morning), however, was quite charming! The garage was tight, and it was tricky driving down the ramp. The surrounding area wasn’t particularly pleasant, but we just stayed one night so maybe there was more to discover. And in Milan you could easily move around and see other areas. We were recommended a new restaurant nearby, Gatto Bianco, but it was a bit too "modern, trying to be fancy but didn’t quite succeed" for our taste.

The staff is wonderful, there is a bus station ~5 minutes walk, plus a Carrefour express. The room is clean and smells nice, there are always hot water in the shower, the reception is open 24/7 and it was a great place to stay during our 7 days in Milan.

The room is very small for 3 people but that’s ok considering the price we paid. However, the third person sleeps on a folding bed with a mattress significantly thinner than the other two so it’s not the best sleep. But again, completely worth it considering everything else!

Clean, comfortable, peaceful, about 10 minutes’ walk from the metro. Our room had a lovely big terrace to sit out on. We booked this hotel in a panic as our original accommodation was cancelled 24 hours before we were due to arrive. However we’d definitely book it again as it was great!

To be honest, it was €300 more than our original booking which didn’t sit well with us but we had very little choice as Taylor Swift was in town so prices were at a premium. We were seeing Taylor ourselves so couldn’t switch to another weekend.

Friendly staff, and 24 hour reception desk, so no worries returning late after a few drinks. Plenty of choice for breakfast with some hot food always available. I had an economy single room on the third floor, but there is a lift ( which always responded promptly to the button ). The room, though quite small, was comfortable and well-equipped with air-con, good bathroom with shower, tv, wifi, firm comfy bed, and electrically-operated window shutter. The hotel is situated in a quiet back street in a smart area with plenty of good bars/ restaurants in nearby roads. The area has a nice atmosphere and is about a mile or slightly less from the city centre/ cathedral square. I would happily stay here again.

Fantastic location. Lots of small restaurants, bars, cafes and parks within walking distance, yet the area doesn’t feel loud or touristy. The tram takes you to Centrale in 15 minutes, San Siro is 60 minutes away on a direct tram. The hotel is above what you would expect for the price in Milano. Room is. Clean, efficient, courtyard. Unlimited free coffee is great and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I loved the strong pressure of the overhead shower it made showering very enjoyable.

Pillows were a bit stiff but that’s my personal preference for softer pillows.

So far this was the best of all hotels during my recent trip. Though a last minute find, the room was very comfortable with sufficient lighting and large enough bed. The staffs were really nice, they are there for any questions and ready to assist when needed. Need I add, that the facility is at a decent location, no noise interference compared to other facilities and situated very close, easy to take any commute (train. Station is within walking distance, you can easily take the bus or tram within few minutes steps. Oh did I add also, that there are restaurants close by so if you’d like to try other food outside the hotel’s menu you don’t need to walk too far. I would definitely use this hotel in my next trip to Milan.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Quiet location, great transport accessibility. Nice staff, very friendly. The room size was sufficient. High-quality beds and mattresses, comfortable pillow. Breakfast was adequate. If we ever return to Milan, this hotel will be our first choice. PERFETTO! ⚘️

Absolutely delightful stay! Charming, spotless, and stylish – this hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and my room was both elegant and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely variety to choose from. I would happily come back in a heartbeat!

My room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my private terrace also. The free croissant and tea in the afternoons was a thoughtful touch.

Unfortunately no self laundry for guests. Local laundry charges €4 per shirt, Not dry cleaned just washed.

Had a lovely stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, about 25 minute walk to the duomo and 15 minutes to the QC Termemilano spa. Nice breakfast. Good selection of bars and restaurants minutes from the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Thank you :)
