Absolutely amazing staff - very accommodating and responded to all our queries and requests before, during, and even after our stay! The rooms were really clean and equipped with so many things one may need. We also really appreciate the well air-conditioned room! Our sincerest thanks to Tatiana and Justin for making our stay a very comfortable one!

Very minor but due to it's central location with close access to public transportation, there's a bit of noise from the road. However, there are window shutters that help minimise the volume. Tatiana also very kindly accommodated our request regarding this.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very close to the city center but in an area not at all filled of tourists. Everything was very clean, proper and with lots of amenities already included in the price. Last but not least, the hospitality of the owners which it was more than amazing. Very warm people, ready to help you and at the same time professionals at what they do.

The property has a perfect location. Enough close to city center ( 15 min walk to Duomo) but located in a authentic Italian neighborhood, full of restaurants, cofee shops , shops, supermarkets. Very quiet, safe and pleasant neighborhood and close to everything!!! Bus and tranvia station in front of the property The apartment is impecably clean, beautifully minimal and chic design and well equipped with everything you need , including kitchenette. Everything seems brand new. Super confortable beds an pillows. Nice modern air conditioning mini splits. The highlight of our staying were our hosts Tatiana and Michele! Most amazing, warm , kind, people !!! They treat us as family. We can’t say enough about them We travel a lot, and never knew staff like them. They will do their best to make your staying a memorable one! Tatiana was available at any time to give us advice about everything we needed, from shops, to addresses,etc Last day our stay was Berlusconi’s funeral, there were no taxis available and Michele drove us in his own car to the train station!!! You get your apartment cleaned everyday and restock with water , a lot of cookies , cereal, juices, jam, milk, olive oil, coffee capsules and a lot of toiletries . They even made our laundry for free. I cannot wait to come back again! We are now in Sorrento already missing such amazing staff and amazing place!

Aparthotel Meneghino was the perfect place for My partner and me, and we enjoyed coming 'home' at the end of our eventful days in Milan. The location was perfect for navigation to the City Center via Bus or Cab and it was at the Cinque Giornate Piazza, making it a hub for Busses and transportation and dining (of course!). The room was exceptional, details were exquisite and room plentiful. Nothing was missed for adding comfort and style ! Tatiana was a great host, offering to assist with Cabs when necessary and was alway available via WhatsApp and just a wonderful person as a great host!!

There is nothing to offer in the way of improvements, because both my partner and were very pleased with every night and day of our stay in Mail at Aparthotel Meneghino.

I think the most standout feature of our stay was the kindness and politeness of the concierge. We were given a complete overview of the city upon our arrival along with the best spots to go to and how to get there. Since it was Easter, she was kind enough to leave an Easter cake with a handwritten note especially for us. (Forgot the note in the room unfortunately). The room was nice and spacious and had a balcony with a decent view of the square. Refreshments were always topped up and we're free of charge. In short, the highlight of our trip to Milan was the stay at Aparthotel.

The apartment was very clean, have comfortable bed and pillows. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day and replaced our towels as well every day. We definitely love the breakfast snacks and unlimited coffee pods provided (they top up every day as well!). Our room has an aircon and the lovely host Tatiana has kept the heating on when we arrived late in the evening. She was also very kind to wait for us until we arriver after 11pm from the airport. Parking on the roadside opposite the building after evening is free and you can just download the parking meter app to pay and top up. There’s also a multi- storey parking building opposite the building, which Tatiana has a discount for guests and we only paid €20 per full day parking. Her husband assisted us with our luggages on check out and let us out of the carpark. The Milan Duomo is about 18-20 minutes walk from the building and lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Very centrally located and tram stops are only few minutes away.

Nothing really!

The receptionist was amazing from start to finish, on check in, she provided us with a map and went through everything we needed and showed us where and what transport to use, she asked us about our plans so she could direct it on the map, she then gave us a quick room tour to show us everything. The room itself was very nice, spacious on both floors, the kitchen, sitting area and bathroom on top floor and the bedroom down the stairs, it’s like a little apartment but within a hotel, Aparthotel stocked us with coffee machine with coffee pods, sachets, teabags, cereal, mini biscuits and other snacks and then also water, milk and juices in the fridge, another brilliant thing, these were topped every day while the room was cleaned, you don’t get this is many places. Me and my partner would highly recommend Aparthotel and will definitely come back here if we visit Milan again.

N/A - Loved everything, did not have any bad thing to say

From the moment we arrived at the apartment our host Tatiana was very welcoming and knowledgeable about her apartments and her city. The apartment was looking onto the square and was very clean and spacious and warm. It was serviced every day with fresh towels and the coffee machine and breakfast items were replenished daily.The location is approximately 15 minute easy walk from the square where the Duomo is located but is also on the number 9 tram route and the number 12 tram route. I was very happy with the apartment and its location and the fact that it was clean and serviced daily was also a bonus. I would recommend this apartment to couples who want to enjoy the beautiful city of Milan.

I honestly could not fault this place

We stayed here for one night with our child and had a good rest. Beds are very comfy, and no noise from the street. The apartment was spacious, with mini-kitchen and sofa for our child. There are a lot of cafeterias, pizzerias and restaurants close to the building. Also public transport stops are very close to the apartment. Personal of the hotel was very nice, gave us a lot of recommendations about places nearby and best locations in Milano. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

This aparthotel is perfect to visit Milan; it is extremely clean, organized and very cute. I highly recommend also because it is very near to the Duomo, it is 15 minutes away walking and is a safe and organized area. Tatiana is very kind and nice, she provided us all the information that we needed to know Milan. She gave us a map with the recommended places to visit and eat. In addition, the taxi station is very near of the aparthotel, some steps away and you are there and it is not expensive. Next time, I will stay there again.
