Good area and location, nice room, comfy bed and good shower

The plug socket locations! Very annoying, even the coffee machine had to be put on the floor to plug it in, only plug sockets on one side of the bed....poorly thought out and when you travel a lot it's these little things that make life a little easier

The property is like new really clean and has really nice toiletries included such as shower gel shampoo and conditioner. The Room was lovely and was cleaned every day with comfortable bed. Location was good a 10 minute walk to duomo cathedral. The staff were all really nice.

The breakfast was ok but I didn’t like the scrambled eggs they were really runny and you had to pay extra for fried or poached eggs. There is a few coffee shops right outside the hotel. Only one English channnel on the teley which was BBC news there was no Netflix or smart apps. Im not complaining as I was out most of the day and would definitely recommend this hotel as I would stay again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s cleanliness is very high. The rooms are of a suitable size. The bathroom is tidy and clean. Wi-Fi. Strong, parking is also available at 35 euros per day

Great location--near shops and public transportation. The room was surprisingly small, and there was no place to sit except on the bed. Facility was clean, and the staff was excellent. The fellow who checked up in--Davide--was a wealth of infuriation, and he spent time to notate a map for us. The wi-fi was wonky--inconvenient, to say the least, as my husband and I both had several Zooom meetings.We skipped the hotel breakfast--procey for what was offered, and there were plenty of shops a few minutes' away fir fresh croissants and coffee.

A desk with a chair would have been very helpful. More reliable internet would have been helpful, too.

Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, but there were a few points to note. Upon arrival, the check-in process took longer than expected, possibly due to changes in the registration system. What we really appreciated about the hotel was its cleanliness, attentive service, beautiful design, and excellent location. The tram lines right on the same street made getting to the city center very convenient. The room was well-equipped with many amenities, including slippers and bathrobes, which we loved. However, it would have been nice if they provided a small tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush to complete the set. A complimentary coffee maker and tea were available in the room, which was a pleasant touch. Aside from these minor points, everything else was perfect. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We didn’t try the breakfast because we found the price of 25€ too high for us (we just drink coffee with a dessert in the morning), although the buffet seemed to offer a wide variety of options. One downside was the minibar pricing—a small can of water was €4, which felt excessive, especially considering that a large bottle costs less than €1 at the supermarket right across the street. And it’s better not to drink tap water. Sometimes the air conditioner blew cold air and made noise at night, so we turned it off. The temperature that we have set remains for a long time, so you can turn it off at night

A new property, everything is extremely clean, well designed, very nice crew, great location.

Fly into Linate, stay here for good public transport connections and a decent raange of resturaunts away from overpirced , tourist traps of near the duome area. Helpfull staff, very attentive in al areas, good breakfast selection,caters for all tastes and diets. Rooms are a good size, we stayed in a superior double, not noisy but we are not street side. Parking close by in public garage. Rooms are new and clean with modern decor and fittings.

Although the rooms do have a large balcony , they are inward facing and look out to as close multistory car park so it renders them useless really. Provide new water maybe every day maybe also?

Amazingly beautiful and super clean. Brand new and perfect location next to posh department store COIN and supermarkets with fully stocked fruits and organic and regular produce just opposite it. Right infront of the tram stop and its a very quiet area despite being so central. The huge bed is so comfy I slept like a baby each night. A Sephora 3minutes walk down the road and lots of other shops like Max Mara and many coffee shops, ice cream shops and restaurants and a beautiful church. The receptionists are very lovely.

Very modern and swish hotel. Very clean. Rooms quiet. Beds really comfortable and linen high quality. Plenty of transport options although a walk away.

Room was very hot for February where it was 5C outside which was only partially addressed by the receptions efforts with the heating / air con. Had to open the balcony doors to get some cool air. Lack of shelf space in the bathroom and storage drawers. Hotel is a little out of the way by public transport. City centre Dumo is about 1km away. The metro is 15 mins walk. There are trams outside but they appeared somewhat sporadic. Good research is needed to make good use of them but they are cheap and safe. Payments on Metro, tram & buses are just contactless bank cards,

Just about everything, the staff were friendly and helpful, the service was very good and the room was very comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was included, and this was also excellent with a varied selection of items.

This is a very minor gripe, and it's not something that is solvable, but the hotel is a little way from the city centre, about 20 minutes walk from the centre however there are trams that run from the hotel to the centre.
