Antonio was the perfect host. He not only sent heaps of text messages about where to eat dinner and other local attractions, he also spent lots of time with us explaining where everything is and asking if we wanted specific recommendations. The Fish being one of the restaurants he suggested was absolutely amazing. He knows what he is talking about. The property itself was spotless and we didn’t want for anything. Would definitely stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here. Antonio was great- very happy, fun, friendly as well as sending us lots of restaurant recommendations. Each day our bed was freshly made and clean and there were lots ot electrical sockets and a nice sized TV. Location wise it was excellent, a 20 min walk to the duomo (town centre) and was a very clean, quiet and safe area. Breakfast wise, Antonio sends you a voucher to use at a local cafe/ bar just a 1-2 minute walk away. There I got a cappuccino and a croissant. I do recommend staying here.

Nothing at the top of my head stands out at being unenjoyable.

Central location, we walked all around the city and there were also good public transport options. The room was spacious, very clean, serviced daily and had everything we needed including a small fridge and tea making facilities (no need for coffee making in the room, so many places to get coffee in Milan!). Breakfast is included (coffee and brioche) at a cafe about 100m away. Local market is held on the street each Thursday morning, very vibrant and amazing food. Our host was easily contacted for helpful suggestions.

Like many hotels, we could sometimes hear the TV or loud conversations from the room next door.

A wonderful host, extremely helpful, who also gives very good tips, including about restaurants. The area is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The rooms are in a semi-basement, but this was not really an issue, because we closed the window anyway due to the heat, and there was air conditioning.

Very clean and cosy. Host is very nice. Bathroom is more than generous in space, you will find everything that you need and more. Usually in this situations a host gives you restaurant recommendations to help their friends and I almost never follow them, but Antonio the host must be a real foodie like me because I went to a few of them and they were really good hidden gems.

There is no view from the window so if that’s what you are looking for than better search for another place instead of having a bad experience and end up leaving a bad review. If you are planning to spend time in the city and have a clean cosy place to rest than this is your place.

The location was fabulous and it was very nice decor in the room and communal area.

The room itself is in the basement of the building with only a small street level window so it is quite dark but this wasn’t a big problem.

Location near public transportation.

For those with rental car the parking is a little bit of a stretch if you have a lot of luggage.

Antonio is a super friendly host and had a lot of tips. The room was clean and tidy. You have breakfast included in a cafe nearby the Apartment.

Antonio, the host, was extremely helpful with recommendations regarding the best spots in town for food, wine and sightseeing. The property was clean and beautifully situated in the centre of Milan. We will be returning soon.
