At breakfast, there is no privacy. It is weird, but get used to it :) The sink at the shawer, the water didn't sink down the drain, but we told them that and they moved us to a different room instantly :) The handel of the shower haed was hard to open. There is no space at the lobi or around the hotel to hang out, a billiard table, or area to play board games or just sit privately without making noise to people around. The fridge was broken. We ordered qween size bad, and we got two parts of bad, and it was a bit disappointing. It got apart, and we sinked in the middle.

HUGE thanks to a fantastic team at Townhouse 33 who are very service minded. It was a lovely stay in the most beautiful surroundings and waking up to the most wonderful breakfast. If we go to Milan again, we have no doubt where we will stay.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It was also very quiet — our room faced partially towards the street, so we didn’t hear any of the loud conversations or parties other guests mentioned, which seemed to be happening in the inner courtyard. We were lucky and everything went perfectly. I’d especially like to highlight the hotel staff — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well cared for. During breakfast, one of the staff members was particularly attentive; he kindly offered us fried eggs (which is quite unusual in Italy), and even offered us a second cup of coffee. It was a small gesture, but it showed real thoughtfulness and hospitality

The only thing we didn’t particularly enjoy was the bed setup. Although we had a double bed, it was actually made up of two single mattresses pushed together. During the night, this created a gap between them, which wasn’t very comfortable and slightly affected the quality of our sleep

Very nice hotel, quiet surroundings, close to metro stop on a line going to Linate airport. Props to very friendly staff. Room wqs quite large, with separate space for couch and desk, also with a walk-in closet. Comfy bathroom, big shower cabin. Selection for breakfast was okay'ish, probably limited only by the size of dining area, but we got all we needed, good quality products and great coffee.

Courtyard has seats for guests, which results - predictably - in people using it for evening meetings. What's unfortunate is you hear people chatting right below the window, despite it being closed. If you don't like that, well, ypu:ve been warned.

Because I told the hotel it was my wife's birthday, the reception was very friendly and gave us a bottle of good wine as a present. The room and the bed were so comfortable that we slept well and preferred to lie on the bed longer. The reception offered chocolate of good taste, but the water boiler seemed old

First time in Milan. The hotel is cozy and beautiful. However, is the staff that makes the place feel like home. Everyone is attentive, respectful and professional. Mr. Alvin was amazing. He gave me tips to go to different places others than that touristic ones. He and the staff made my stay a great one.

I have stayed at Townhouse 33 on numerous occasions - probably over 6 times. Firstly, location is perfect. Via Goldoni is quiet & everything you need is very walkable - supermarket just around the block, great restaurants, parks, 20 mins to the Duomo. Then the hotel itself - small, boutique, characterful, tastefully renovated. I think I must have stayed in almost all classes of rooms & they are all great. The breakfasts are very good & they will cook you all manner of eggs at your request. The staff are courteous & make you feel like a special guest.

I work for a famous tea company & wish that Townhouse 33 would change the brand of teas they serve in the rooms. Star is very cheap & not in line with the image the hotel wishes to create. A small bottle of milk in the fridge would be good for those who like it in their coffee!

A nice hotel not far from the metro station and in half an hour’s walk to the Milan Cathedral. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and responsive. We arrived before the check-in time and left our backpacks at the reception. The backpacks were already delivered to the room when we checked in and the receptionist texted me when the room was ready for check-in. Very kind! The breakfast is delicious, there are enough items to choose from and the chef offers to prepare coffee and hot chocolate for those who wish. The hotel has a pleasant small green yard.

There is not enough space in the breakfast room if most of the guests come down to eat at the same time.
