The mattress and the pillows are not the best; they do their job but they won't be very comfy either It's pretty far away from the city center, as it takes around 45min on foot to reach the Duomo; Not a problem for us since the public transportation from Milan is great, but it's something to keep in mind

The front desk staff, Elisa and Sveva were helpful and professional. The spoke English fluently and that was a huge plus for us with our limited Italian. The room was spacious, had every amenity that we needed, including a safe, extra pillows and enough flat space to open our 2 suitcases. I enjoyed the electric hot water pot to enjoy tea when I returned to my room after a busy day in Milan! The breakfast buffet was delicious and with a nice variety for only 15 Euros per person. We found several excellent restaurants nearby Auum and La Ciribiciaccola. La Ciribiciaccola is a friendly nearby pasticceria with enthusiastic new owners who are eager to please. We tasted their delicious gelato and I tried my first "Affogato" (gelato with espresso)! They also spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful for finding bus and Metro routes to get to central Milan. Recommend walking into Central Milan, a scenic 30-45 minute walk, depending on what you stop to explore on the way. This was our justification to eat whatever we wanted during our visit. A 10 minute taxi ride is approximately 18 Euros.

Lovely staff - very understanding and accommodating. We had to extend our stay under unfortunate circumstances, and they were able to do so. Beautiful room - what you expect from a hotel stay. Very clean and fitted with essentials. Note if you are a larger individual and/or carrying various luggage, it may feel small. If you are familiar with catching transport in general, then transport to and from hotel very easy. Would stay there again.

Nothing I didn’t like

Staff were amazing to me. Everyone was super nice, kind and polite. I had to work from there for 2 days and they provided a good place for me to have my meetings. Food was really and this hotel is very close the Piero e Pia, which is by far my favorite Italian restaurant from all times. Had such an amazing time in Italy, only meeting nice people and enjoyng the amazing food and hotspots. I will definetelly go back there when I have to be in the city for work again.

We visited Milan for three nights. The hotel is quite a walk from either of the main train stations however, it is a short distance away from the metro station which is really easy to use. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. The check-in staff and the cleaners were very friendly and accommodating.

There are only two faults for this hotel: - The rooms are not soundproof. We could hear all the conversations going on in the room next to us and also every time they flushed the toilet and used the shower. - The lock on the room door did not work.

The room was much larger than expected, with a balcony. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from El Duomo, which was fine for us but others may prefer the option of getting the metro, which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was basic but nice, and the staff were lovely

My 16 years-old son and his friend went to Milan for a concert. As a parent I was looking for a safe place, easily accessible by public transport. This hotel was kindly welcoming the teenagers, told us exactly before travelling what documents they need from us as parents. They had a quick and friendly check-in, room was nice, clean, with modern design bathroom. The boys liked their stay at Viva Milan, appreciated the kind and always available reception. Grocery store nearby, some restaurants as well, but they prefered going to downtown which was about 20 min. by tram. Thank you Viva Milan for your hospitality and for treating young people with respect!

We loved our stay very much. The best accomodation in Italy for us yet. Breakfast had many to choose from. The staff was very nice and helpful, even upgraded us and prolonged our check out time. The location was close to the metro. 10/10 would recommend

Sometimes we could hear the guests or pipes. The Tv could not connect to the internet nor could we use the USB since it was in the very back of the Tv

It was a good location, easy to walk everywhere (flat) and it was clean. Lots of good restaurants around the area. Very convenient having 24 hour reception as our flight was delayed. Good breakfast too

Good breakfast: there were many different salty and especially sweet options in the breakfast and also fruits and yogurt. Nice rooms: the double room was small but seemed quite newly renovated. Very good bathrooms: both the shower and the toilet (+bide toilet) had a very good water pressure and they were very clean. Good location: good public transport options to both airports and city center. A really nice sushi restaurant on the other side of the road and pizzerias and coffee houses nearby.

The double bed also had a double blanket. We got extra sheets from the reception so we could use them as separate blankets. The air conditioning in the rooms we had booked didn't work, it was quite warm and humid. The bedroom floor was very dirty even after the room was cleaned. No security boxes in some of the rooms.
