The loft apartment was a nice self contained space that looks modern and feels clean. The bedroom area is on an upstairs balcony so there is some privacy even though it is ultimately still in the same room as the kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and so on. The reception staff were also very helpful although it is important to remember that the desk is not open 24 hours a day. Although the location is outside the city centre, it is fairly quick and easy to travel there by subway or tram.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in our room (although opening the windows was enough) and the hot water was temperamental - if you use the kitchen taps at the same time as the shower then be prepared for a sudden burst of VERY hot water.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The apartments are very clean and tidy, the beds are extremely soft and it is a great place to stay at, especially if you are with more people since you can talk freely with each other because of the apartments' open floor plan. The location itself is very nice since it's near the center (between 15-30 mins depending on the transportation mode), and it is accessible with every transportation mode. The hosts were very kind and helpful, which I appreciate a lot. Overall, I had a great and memorable experience staying here.

There wasn't anything negative in particular that stood out to me, since I was satisfied with all of it. The only thing I can think of is the view from our room, which was towards another building, but there were curtains to ensure our privacy, and I didn't mind not having a "spectacular view" since most of my time was spent outside.

We needed one night in Milan on a lower budget, where we could access the centre. The apartments were great, near to tram and metro, parking outside easy. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee shop around the corner. The rooms were good. All perfect for a short stay or where you plan to be out most of the day.

Im not sure what would have happened if the flight had been delayed - reading other reviews as no means of checking in and accessing apartments after 6pm. Would be good to have an emergency arrangement.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful especially as we were early. Great recommendation for a good value restaurant close by. I think we must have had an upgrade as the place was huge!. Location is excellent and very quick to get to the middle of the city or main train station

The windows are very high but to be honest, I doubt there was much to see if they were lower. Also could hear what sounded like passing trains but not an issue at all. Overall it was excellent.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Institut Besta, where we had a few appointments. The room was very comfortable. Our room was on the 1st floor so it involved climbing stairs which was OK for us. Also it was within walking distance from the Piola metro stop and on the same metro line as Milano Centrale

Not very many choices for restaurants at night as the neighborhood caters largely to the students at the Cita Studi.

Good location, metro station is about 500 meters far, tram in front of The hotel.

We were four in one room , was not enough plug and was not in very practical place. The last day we left The hotel in The morning , nobody was there in The reception, we could not leave our luggage there, so we had to carry it all day . I did not see a closed safe room for Leaving The luggages in it before going to The AirPort. It is interesting for whom Leaving Milánó with evening flight.

Very clean and cozy, in a very peaceful area of the city, you have easy access to public transport (the tram and buses have stations very close to the hotel) and the young lady from the reception was extremely kind and polite to us, even gave us some tips about going around in the city and city attractions. Will definitely recommend to others :)

The receptionist was incredible. We had flew from Australia 17 hrs of flying We arrived well before check in. The receptionist allowed us in early we were so very grateful She also booked us taxis to the train station She was so cheerful and chatty.

The two men running the BB ,Stefano and Vincenzo were wonderful men! I’m Australian and don’t speak a lot of Italian but they spoke English very well and made my stay, for a week, very comfortable!

I thought for a BB having a ‘toaster’ would have been a good addition ? But otherwise all cooking facilities were brilliant!

Beds were comfortable except for the sofa bed. We stayed in Loft Apartment, 2 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space, good layout, easy access to city with public transport, few restaurants within walking distance and a 24 hr supermarket

Sofabed was very hard and there wasn't enough hot water to shower 6 people
