I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Although it's located about a 45-minute walk from the main attractions, I actually appreciated starting each morning with a pleasant walk through the city. The room had everything I needed: hot water in the shower, a quiet atmosphere, a kettle for making tea, space to store my clothes, and a well-functioning air conditioner. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and it was always nice to return to a tidy, fresh space. The front desk service was satisfactory and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel – great value for the price!

Hot dishes are fried ham, scrambled eggs and pieces of bad pizza. And this is every day. It is very cold in the buffet. But the buffet worker is very willing and polite. It has a strategic location, close to Loreto metro station and the bus. The surrounding area is very quiet and felt safe, even at night. The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home. We were assigned a room facing the street, but it was well insulated; we didn’t hear any noise or experience any discomfort. Silvana (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. She speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier for us. She helped us adjust our itinerary to explore Milan’s historic center and gave us the best recommendations. She even marked extra places and metro routes on the map — her tips were truly helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast included a nice variety: coffee, fruit, eggs, and typical pastries. We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday — it really felt like a home away from home.

Large stylish room, with great amenities and private bathroom off the hallway. Very clean. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Hosts were super lovely, helped me with my bag upstairs and gave me a bottle of champagne on arrival. Location brilliant, walk to all sights and easy access to SNM (central train station. Great value for money in a good location.

Stairs, but that is to be expected in these historic buildings in Europe, so not a criticism, just a personal preference for a lift where possible. I was aware there was no lift when I booked, so was not expecting one.

The hotel is about 20 min on foot from Milano Centrale. We arrived pretty early in the morning, around 9:30, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel. We had a room on the 3rd floor, with enough space and a balcony overlooking the park. Breakfast is the same every morning, but for us was ok. Lots of sweets, good coffee. The housekeeping was done every day. We had an early flight in the morning on 1st of January and they gave us a breakfast package, it came in handy. Overall a nice experience with this hotel.

It was a little cold in the room. They have only a small radiator near the door and in winter it's not enough.

Breakfast was convenient, good fresh bakery, a little bit costy, but good for a kick off start for a busy day, on days you don't have enough time to mingle around for a cafe . The hotel is located on a park, so the view is nice, beside a bus stop , accessible from a metro station 7 to 10 min.walk according to your speed. Friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Good breakfast available from early to late - with all I need to start the day. Large bedroom and bathroom with tiled floor. Pizzeria with proper Italian food 100 m down the street - ask the receptionist for directions.

Noise from roadworks outside that began at 08:00 on workdays - hopefully temporary. Lack of power outlets, had to take turns charging laptop / mobile / camera. Confusing directions from Metro to hotel - just so many exits to start from. No local / tourist maps available.

My stay for three nights was great. I got a clean, normal-sized room equipped with an AirCon and a small fridge. The breakfast was better than expected - continental-style including fresh fruits, pastries, and great coffee! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are not well isolated and you can often hear noises from other rooms. The shower was a bit small for a tall person like me (>1,90m). My room had a window to the street, which can be quite busy during the day.

It’s a simple hotel, located about 5 min walk from the Metro station Loreto, 4 stops from the Duomo, and about 1 km from Lambrate rail station. In a residential neighborhood, next to a park. Not very upmarket but perfectly OK. Spacious rooms with air conditioning. Good dining options just within 2 blocks, and more near the Metro. Supermarkets and pharmacy nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast for 10€, with reasonable variety.

The Hotel ifor me I consider Top Notch five star rating.The rooms are very elegant ,clean and spacious .The best part is some have balcony with a view and so relaxing.Staff are friendly and offers excellent breakfast and very affordable .The area is safe and less noise and located in a park .It’s also close to green metro train station when traveling in a budget .Thats why I consider it as 5 start rating hotel .
