My family of three, including our energetic 5-year-old, recently enjoyed a delightful one-night stay at a hotel conveniently located near the Loreto metro station in Milan. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by the warmest welcome from the lady at the reception. Her genuine hospitality set the tone for our entire stay, making us feel instantly at home. One of the highlights of our experience was the hotel’s flexibility in accommodating our needs. We were grateful for their willingness to store our bags both before and after our stay, allowing us to explore the city without any worries. The breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of options to satisfy our family’s diverse tastes. It provided the perfect start to our day of adventure in Milan. Our room, overlooking a beautiful garden, was a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the bustling city. The cozy ambiance and comfortable amenities made it easy for us to unwind and recharge. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From its convenient location near the metro station to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff, every aspect exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming oasis in the heart of Milan.

Very friendly stuff. I loved the spacious balcony off my room! it overlooked the hotel's beautiful garden as well as those of neighboring properties.

The location is not near any of the city's many attractions. But it is near enough a metro station, so be ready to use it. Also - the same hotel in a more central spot would cost much more... overall, the location should work for anyone not eager to be in the very center.

The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport. The room was nice, and spacious, kept clean, beds were comfy. We tried the breakfast, it was nice, although it lacked variety and some fruits would be nice, however good value for money. We had a problem with the AC in our room, which was quickly adressed. Staff very polite and helpful

Super nice staff - welcoming, helpful and accomodating. While they treated me to coffee in the beautiful little garden, my bags were brought up to the room. Crisps and soft drinks on the house as a welcome gift. Quirky room layout, big balcony with garden view, very comfy bed, and a reasonable breakfast. Fresh made coffee from the barista, who also cooked eggs and bacon on demand. Family feeling.

The hotel is clean and well attended to, but has its fair share of wear and tear. The neighborhood is unfortunately not a very nice one, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re traveling on your own. Especially not night time.

Very good value for the money, good location and very polite staff. If you don't want to spend a fortune for a hotel in Milan, this is the right place. Very close to the Metro, lines M1 and M2 . The breakfast is also very decent. The best thing is the staff, very friendly, polite and helpful. We stay on the ground floor and we also have access to the garden. Very quite place.

The garden where you can eat your breakfast is very cute. The staff were really nice with me, excellent service every time, huge thanks and good job! The location is very nearby all public transport lines.

Could use a deep cleaning in the shower, but it wasn’t bad. Noise isolation in the rooms could be better. The breakfast had no vegetables, just a few fresh fruits.

Careful where you park. Not really the owners fault, there are just scumbag people in the world who like to bust windows out. Once again, the Hotel Adler staff were fantastic , just a wierd part of Milan at night.

Excellent treatment with the staff, extremely kind, helpful and devoted. The owner took special attention to a problem I had with one night reimboursement I requested due to an airport strike. I will definitely repeat the experience.

The coat rack was in open air, not inside a cupboard. The safe was broken, and the drawer was a little misaligned. Overall cost to value ratio was a high, but can not compare to other accomodations in Milan.

The employees were very kind and welcoming. The room even though very small had everything necessary.

Even though the room was generally cleaned, the shower floor had dark spots that required some extra attention to be cleaned (considering the shower floor is the main place where you'd be barefoot)
