We stayed in the "loft rooms" which are ideal for a family of four, with two different floors and two bathrooms. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel parking (free) was covered and safe and had three EV chargers. The hotel was near the highway and very convenient for a car to travel around. The distances are: about 30 min to Milan, about 50 min to Malpensa airport, about 30 min to Bergamo, about 1 hour to Como, and about 1.30 for Sirmione (Lake Garda) or Verona.

This very good hotel is only suitable when you have a car, there is no train nearby and only a bus to Bergamo.

modern hotel, comfortably located near the highway exit. We booked the loft for us and our 2 kids, simply wonderful. The hotel personnel is extremely professional and friendly. The SPA is great, it deserves to spend a couple of hours there. Big thanks to the SPA personnel for the great support. The pizzas ordered at the hotel restaurant were delicious.

Being the hotel as well a conference centre, sometimes can become a little busy (especially at breakfast time).

Near the highway exit. The breakfast is quite good for Italy, omelettes are also served and coffee is made by a barista. We were offered a free room upgrade Tower Superior Room, this room was larger than average and this room had a very wide bed. Free parking in the underground garage is a big plus (warm in winter and cool in summer), but most parking spaces are quite narrow.

The information that the Wellness Center is not working came only after paying for the stay. We did not expect such a service, but if we had made the choice based on the presence of the Wellness Center, it would have been a very bad surprise. Booking.com had no information that the Wellness Center is closed for renovation.

This hotel is located on the middle way from begarmo airport to the Milan center. When we just arrived Milan, this is a good choice to stay this hotel for one night. the room is decorated very classic and the bathroom decorated with white color stuff, every white color is based on the same basic color, so everything looks elegant. Also the two single beds are big size single beds, all the night I felt very comfortable. Every details from the room are with thoughtful design and clean. The people from this hotel are very friendly. This is a real 4 stars hotel.

1. No electric water kettle 2. Room is bit too cold because the air conditioner was stayed by 23.8 degrees and can’t be changed

Hotel Devero is very modern, comfortable a good designed.The bathroom was pleasantly lit, we got a free room upgrade in the newer part of the hotel, the room was located in such a round tube. The staff was very helpful and nice, the food was great, the breakfast was rich. Parking in the underground garage at the hotel, no problem. Room was very comfortable, beds and linens were clean, bathroom and shower was big and nice. I recomand this accomodation.

nothing except the fact there were not too many vegetable for breakfast but it is early december so it is pretty difficult to get some nice vegetables so not really important.

Modern building, property nicely decorated, very good air conditioning, excellent breakfast, very very helpful and kind staff, we had a good sleep.

Pool outdoor is just a decoration not for swim ! Hotel has no outdoor swimming pool. Indoor swimming pool for guests is very expensive 19 euros and closed at 8pm. No kettle in the room thus no tea or coffee facilities. Not very good for this kind of the hotel.

The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and welcoming, and available 24/7 if needed. We had a free room upgrade, where the room was really big and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very good if you have a car, but difficult to reach by public transportation, and the parking is free.

Not that much variety for the breakfast.

Very comfortable bed, especially pillows. The room was clean and comfortable. Good sound isolation room to room and to a corridor. A tub in the bathroom was perfect after 12 hours driving. Since it was late, we didn’t want to have a dinner, yet went to the restaurant and ordered drinks with snacks. Were truly surprised when they delivered not only peanuts but also a set of local snacks for each of us! (prosciutto, some other kind of Italian food, cheese, olives etc.). The staff was really helpful and friendly. I would say, It is maybe not fresh but still comfortable hotel.

We booked two rooms. One was OK, but the second room’s window was damaged and the noice coming from a highway nearby was annoying. Bathroom should be slightly refreshed.

Beds were super comfy. Room was lovely. Mini bar was great.

Room had no hand soap - had to request this be brought to the room twice. The service in the Didot24 restaurant was very poor - took a very long time to get attention to be seated, then to be served, and I had to go find staff to pay the bill.
