They were nice enough to let us checkin early because they had a room ready, without any cost. Also they gave us one with a double bed because they saw we had our toddler sleeping with us. Breakfast was amazing. Cappuccino was perfect, same with the croissant, and besides coffee and sweets, they had 3 types of ham, cheese, eggs, cherry tomatoes, fruit salad, fresh fruits. The room was very clean and spacious and in the bathroom had everything I needed

Stayed there for a wedding in near by village. Staff were amazingly helpful, food very good . Food and drink reasonable price. We travelled to Milan from the hotel using public transport (Bus and Metro). It was very easy and it took about one and half hours.

Rooms were comfortable but a bit outdated. Breakfast was really good although I heard from coffee drinking people that the standard coffee served was not that good. You can ask for better one.

Nearby restaurants and Plaza. So convenient to buy necessary items, snacks, water, etc from the big supermarket. There was a big cinemaplex, i watched Jurassic World during one of the evening. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are on a business trip.

The bath is too high for an average height person. I am a tall person, yet I slipped why getting out on my 2nd day. Bath needs to be replaced with a shower room OR provide a choice for customers when they do booking online. Bulky bath is a thing of the past, the new in-thing is rain shower. Breakfast could have better choices of meat instead of so much pork meats eg. tuna, salmon, beef bacon, chicken sausages, etc.

Location, and a sober vibe with the rooms

The door of the bathroom can sometimes lock itself up from the inside (while you’re outside), and can be a little tough to get open again. Also, the tv remote was dirty, and no channels or smart tv were available.

Nice rooms, great staff.

Location was very difficult to get a taxi or uber to pick you up. Routinely taxi or uber rides took 20+ min to show up and in some cases uber drivers would just cancel. There is no shuttle. Leave lots of time to get places.

Breakfast was great, room was spacious, water pressure was good and hot. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. I did take away the adaptor they gave me by mistake, so I apologise. Air con was a life saver.

No English channels on TV. No pool :-( Chef refused to make fries to go with my beef!

Modern spacious quiet very comfortable

It’s a little isolated but there are restaurants and a supermarket and even a cinema close by

Everything was good the staff was very kind and the facility very nice the location was perfect.

It was very clean except there was a dust in the room.

The staff were really really nice and helpful. Good breakfast with pretty good variety of foods.

The gym was not the cleanest.
