This wasn't our first time staying in this Hotel, the staff are very friendly and always available to help. The hotel has a direct access to the highway with 30 minutes drive to the center of Milan. Nearby supermarkets, a family hotel.

Everything was fine, the Buffet area in the morning is a bit crowded, if they could extend the space. the provided options in the Buffet to choose from are a bit limited and same every day and every stay.

We like the hotel very much. We stayed here 5 years ago, and we decided to stay here once again on our way to the airport and way back. We enjoyed the stay. Nice rooms (could be little bit more bigger), but it's not a big issue. Clean. Nice personell. Lovely breakfast. NIce fitness room. It's situated on the autostrade road from Milan to Bergamo. About 20 min drive from the hotel to Bergamo airport. we recommend it to everyone.

It's a surprisingly lovely hotel. While everything seems outdated, after a few nights you actually come to appreciate the style. Everything is very clean, the staff are lovely, and the breakfast has the best croissants I ever ate !

I was not aware that they charge extra for the spa but upon check out the manager explained and gave me a discount. Great management

Location close to the highway, convenient for short trip. Big room and spacious bathroom. Good selection of food at breakfast. Nice staff during the day.

Poor wi-fi in the room, not enough parking places, EV charger not working. The main negative impression comes from unpleasant night staff at the reception. Sorry to say, but one person can spoil the general impression.

This place is underrated. It looks a little sketchy from the inside... not going to lie. BUT, it's clean, it's comfortable, the staff is so sweet and helpful, it's close to the highway, good included breakfast, really decent restaurant for dinner, I could go on and on! So for me, this was an awesome gem of a find... again UNDERRATED

Only one thing.. inside smells like cigarette smoke. I don't mind this too much, but you have a more clean environment feel when you don't smell cigarette smoke. It's not horrible by any means, but I think it's an easy fix.

Staff recommended the best restaurant opposite there hotel, meant to be in walking distance but recommend driving over especially with kids as you have to walk over busy roundabout and main road, . Will stay again.

Restaurant in the hotel itself was closed but we found the restaurant opposite the hotel excellent as they have a play area for toddlers. Had a meal in piece !

Great staff, clean bedrooms, 3rd time of using and will use again when in the area

No coffee or kettles in the room, would of preferred this, as I am used to kettles and complimentary coffee and teas , shower head was broken but had 2 shower heads so still managed to have my shower.

The overall stay and staff were nice. Free parking. Supermarket close by.

However I wish they had more options for breakfast. The rooms did not have any kettle. The wifi was really slow. However I was disappointed to discover that I had to pay £18 per person to use the swimming pool and wellness centre with only 2 hours permitted.

The hotel was conveniently located for my business appointment. Quite close to the highway A4 exit Cavenago/Cambiago. At the same time my room was looking onto a sort of inner court, so was pretty quiet. Room and bathroom were spacious and modern. Had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and food was good!

The restaurant, which doubles as breakfast room, could use a bit of revamp. Food was really good though.
