The envieonment is beatiful, organized and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of food tô choose from and is available to any time of the day. The roon follows the same standart of organization ang cleanliness. Joy was very attentive, as well as being friendily and welcoming, she was very good an anticipating my needs as traveler. The bathroon was well equipped and clean too. The location is great and it was super easy to get around Bergamo. I recommend it for anyone looking for a stay in Bergamo.

What an absolute gem of a place! It is located within 15 minutes walk from the train/bus station, a bit further out from the centre, but you can access it with ease. It is a lovely, quiet and safe area. The guesthouse is located on the first floor of a house. The owner was the most lovely and so very welcoming! She made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless and beautifully presented. The bed was super comfy. There is a large balcony which I loved. The guesthouse has a shared kitchen with tea, coffee, water and snacks, available all the time. Again very homely, I loved having breakfast there and chatting with the owners. First, I have to say the host is a really kind and understanding woman. She let us check in late with no complaint, and let us stay a bit after the check-out time. She also let us keep the car parked because the spot was free for a bit more, and she didn't charge us a thing. The room has everything you can ask for. Clean, comfy, and not loud. The bathroom was so well equipped and really clean. The kitchen in the common area has everything you need for a light breakfast and coffee. The location is near the center and quite peaceful. The Internet is also good. If I ever come back to Bergamo I plan on staying here again. Also, there is a really sweet and friendly dog. Overall the best place I booked with Booking.

I will definitely recommend Joys house for staying in Bergamo, I had a really great time here! The bedroom, the bathroom and the common area are all very clean and comfortable. The owner Joys is very friendly and warm, she gave me a lot of useful advice for visiting around. There are bread, fruit, coffee and yogurt for breakfast in the kitchen. Although it's not right in the city center, it's only 5 minutes walking to bus stops or tram where you can easily take the bus to the train station and city center. Also, it's in a quiet area that I can take a good rest. I really love this place, I will stay here again if I come back to Bergamo!

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Bergamo, in a quiet place. Not far from the airport. 20 minutes walk from the center and 50 minutes walk from the Old Town. For me it was not a problem. And although I had a car, I walked to the Old Town and back. That's how I got to know the city. The hotel looks like new, very clean, homely atmosphere, very nice and hospitable hostess. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, toast and croissants. You can use it at any time. Nearby there is Osteria Dogana with Italian cuisine, which serves very tasty food. I highly recommend it for those who arrived in Bergamo in transit or for a few days

Everything was perfect,and the host was the best!she waited for us until late of night because we had a plane delay,and she also was so understanding when the next day we had a later check out.We had everything we needed,water,coffee,juice and a nice breakfast.I also loved the bed,the most restful bed I ever slept in,and the view (all green around) amazing and very safe if you have kids because everything is locked!

They should put travel slippers because the floor is really cold

The property owner was extremely kind, especially when late at night I couldn’t manage to open the digital lock and she woke up to let me in (it was my fault!) Cleanliness and breakfast were my favourite picks. As far as the balance between price and quality is concerned, I was unlucky as it was the “furniture week” in Milan and prices went up everywhere at that time, as confirmed by the lady at the reception. Location is 15 min walk from the train station in a residential area.

The host is really friendly and nice, rooms are super clean (we also had daily cleaning), the area is quiet and you can walk until city center (around 15’ walk). In the kitchen you can enjoy a free breakfast, there is also a coffee machine and plenty bottles of water.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean. AC works great. The location worked well for what I wanted to do. It might be a bit out of the way for people more interested in the attractions, but it's well-connected and close to public transit.

Most of the breakfast options were sweet. I would have preferred to have a less limited selection of savory ingredients, but it was all provided for free, so I can't complain too much. I also had a fridge in my room, so I could have bought my own too.
