Second time staying at this hotel. Room was lovely and the staff were pleasant. Nice part of the city within walking distance from upper and lower areas.

Breakfast was busy and set up in the corner of room. Long queues for coffee machine which kept needing refilling or emptying of beans/milk etc. Hard to get at food because of queue. Kept running out of fruit and bread and didn't restock. Need to get a second coffee machine and move it to another area of restaurant to avoid this congestion.

The property was beautiful, the in room sauna and jacuzzi tub was incredible I loved it. The location was lovely and convenenti.

The breakfast for the price of the hotel was horrible. Very low quality food, coffee from a machine. I was very disappointed. I didn’t eat it and went someplace else to eat.

Nice room and a nice garden to have a coffee or a drink and the staff is very nice there. It is a 30 minute walk to old town where lots or restaurants are placed.

You don’t feel welcome at breakfast. Staff don’t seems like they want people there. We were there at 9.30 and it close at 10 and already things were closed. No more eggs and they made some quick which was not good. At 9.55 they clean up starting with the fruit and you have to ask for bread if you are there 9.45. The staff don’t like you ask about stuff. They don’t like people saying witch a coffee. Not a nice experience even though the area outside for breakfast is nice.

The building is incredible. Breakfast was ok. Location was decent. They have parking in a somehow private yard, 15 euros per day but at least the car is safe. They have another inner courtyard from the restaurant which is really nice. Overall the place is dreamy and enjoyable.

The elevator and stairs are very close to the sauna so it got very very hot and smelly (chlorine) in that area. Felt the need to open the windows to let some air in when we checked in. They did not clean our room during our stay, indeed we did not ask for that just assumed they would at least make the bed and take out the trash.

By far the most relaxing hotel we've stayed at in quite some time. Central location within a few minutes walk for Porto Largo Nuovo and Via Settembre. And a 20 minute walk to Citta Alta. The hotel has a central Cortile courtyard ideal for sitting for breakfast or a nightcap at the end of the day,. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. It is definitely worth booking the private spa for 1.5 hrs at 20 euro per person. Next time we are in Bergamo there's only one place we'll be staying, we've found our gem.

Booked a room in this hotel to do something different on my partner's birthday and it went beyond our expectations! The SPA was perfect and the comfort and coziness of our room was excellent. The bathtub and the sauna in the room were a perfect addition to make everything more special and made us feel pampered also in our room! Excellent service, everything was super clean and we appreciated the availability of the personnel. We're definitely coming back!

Everything was perfect, I just suggest diminishing the maximum number of people for the SPA (maybe 6 instead of 8 would be better), but the service and the luxury of it were just on point!

Thr room was not large, but big enough for two people with little luggage. The bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were not. The breakfast was minimal at best. I’d pass on the breakfast next time and eat at on of the cute bakeries or coffee shops nearby. Reception staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast service staff absolutely was not.

A good hotel in a good location in the lower part of Bergamo. It is also easy to get to the old town (Citta Alta) and the train station is a 15-minute walk. There is a square next to the hotel where you can sit, eat and have a glass of wine or Aperol in the evening. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and the bathrooms are spacious. Nice patio where you can have breakfast. Kettle in the room.

Breakfast, a bit monotonous. The same every day. The organisation of the breakfast should be better. Little space at the buffet, while the breakfast room was huge. Long queues for coffee and hot water for tea. Compared to other hotels in this class, the staff were less friendly and sometimes dry in their behaviour. The staff could be more polite.

Perfect position, a renovated monastery fulfilling the most up-to-date expectations. Cozy, modern interior with some elements and remnants of the original appearance. It was a superb experience. We enjoyed our stay!

If I want to pick something, they offered a limited variety of food (the scrambled eggs were awful) for breakfast, but the overall quality was acceptable. In the open-air parking lot, a young acacia tree (with thorns on its branches) was too close to the car.

It is a beautiful building with many preserved architectural details but completely renovated for all modern comforts. It is located in a quiet pedestrian zone within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and easy access to public transportation. The staff is exceptional and we especially loved our conversations with our bartender.

We loved everything! The only thing that could use improvement is the layout of the breakfast buffet. If the coffee machine would be placed at the outside edge of the set up it would prevent people waiting to get their coffee clogging up the rest of the area.
