Good location, easy 15 min walk to the cable car to go to the old town. Fantastic AC, made for a very comfortable night, as we were in Bergamo during a heatwave. Very big bathroom. Crib provided for our baby. Having an Elevator very very convenient too. Night time security staff is a bonus.

Weird bad smell when we arrived to the room. Perhaps it was not in use for a while. Smell went away after a day ( of windows open). Slippery shower floor, needs a mat or something. If arriving with a car, nearest parking will be 15min away. Maybe closer if you have very small car.

The service and staff at the site have been perfect ! My wife and I can be picky customers who are hard to please. After the first day, we casually mentioned the sleepless night caused by a noisy family with a child staying next door to us. The staff immediately offered us an alternative room that ultimately met our expectations. Additionally, upon arrival, we received a map of the city with comprehensive information about attractions, how to get around the city and gastronomic recommendations - as a result, we discovered a great restaurant visited by crowds of local residents, with a brilliant atmosphere and amazing cuisine. To sum up, if you want to stay in Bergamo, Academia Resort is the one and only choice. Warm regards for Ms. Nuala and Nina :)

The room had a small kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge. The place is cute and only 25 min walk from the old town. I think around 20 min walk from the new town

Bathroom was clean, but the shower handle fell in my hand and the water was not so hot. A couple of times we had some problems with the light and at 11pm everything just switched off.

Spacious apartment with garden view in a great location. Both reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaners came into the room most days and changed towels even though it wasn't requested and not eco-friendly.

The parking is a bit rough. A slightly larger car, like a Qashkai won't fit in the designated parking space and you'll have to either get lucky and find free parking a few minute walk from there or more realistically pay 12eur per day on a parking 10 min walk from there.

Location was perfect. A short walk to the old town. The decor and property was lovely and unique The room was well equipped for a family and the AC was a bonus The front of house staff were amazing, going the extra mile drive my daughter to the pharmacy in the searing heatwave. We were very thankful to this.

The courtyard facing room was very quiet from the road noise, apart from the people in the room next door checking out early. Maybe sound-proof doors would be good? Also there was a window light above our door, which made our room quite bright at night when trying to sleep. The mattress on the double bed was not firm, so my husband had to sleep ion one of the bunk beds.

The accommodation was clean, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect – everything was close and easily accessible. Overall, it was a really great experience. We were very satisfied with everything and would love to come back again.

Fantastic location, fantastic service, fantastic accomodation. Clean, modern rooms in the heart of Bergamo. Loving it! Quiet at night, with no clubs nearby is a great place if you like to get some sleep. Includes the shower, comfy beds and a fridge.

Entrance to parking is too narrow (it's common for Italy), suitable only for compact cars.
