Location, within easy walking distance of the High Town and the Low Town. Comfortable room.

Getting in complicated. Needs to be explained better when making the booking. Three people trying to get in had difficulties, including ourselves, but all three finally managed. Emergency number at night rang out, both the English and Italian lines. Email was responded to and problem solved (we were locked out!). Those whose company book for their workers are likely to be locked out, especially if they have poor Italian or English. The mattress was poor: it sagged slightly so a couple falls in on top of each another, but at the same time too hard. Could do with a second chair.

Location is good. Nice, clean room. Modern room and bathroom. Nice to be able to make coffee and tea in the room, and very pleased to find free bottles of water every day. Bus to airport right outside. Train station and city centre within walking distance. Alte Città also within walking distance.

A couple of small issues with the bathroom

Everything was perfect. The location and the facilities of the room. It’s absolutely modern, brand new apt. The linens and towels and rest textile is new and in perfect condition. Fresh and elegant. Like a 5* Hotel. They even provide a coffee machine and tea station in a room.

You have to know, that half of the rooms is on underground floor with almost no windows. And the checkin/ checkout policy is unfriendly. Too late hours to check in and too early hours to check out.

We needed a room asap, because our original room was horrible. We booked it 1 hour before our arrival, the self check in was really good, and easy. The room was squeky clean, it had a kettle and a coffee machine, we even got coffee pods and tea. It was in an amazing place, bus stop in 2 mins walk, city center was 6 mins with bus. Really good!

Clean smart room, shower was excellent, with a nice coffee machine, comfy bed, and plenty of space to place clothing, nice smart tv and easy access to wifi, good value for money. Its also 30 seconds walk away from the bus into town or the airport, can't comment on staff as we opted for privacy so didn't use the cleaning services. Would definitely visit again.

This isn't a "didn't like", more a suggestion, it would be useful to have a fold out suitcase holder, again, not a deal breaker just a comment.

Luxury room in the center, self check-in. Beautiful!!! Easy to get by bus. Taxi from the airport 26€. We had room 2. On the zero floor. In Bergamo I prefer to stay in Gatto Bianco only.

I could hear people arriving late and people having sx at 5 AM. So I basically did not sleep. But we needed accomodation in the center to check in at 2 AM, sleep was not so important for us but location to get to fast.

Well positioned between the upper (old) city and the lower city with good transport links

Needing to download an app to check in, this seemed unnecessary as there was still communication via booking.com and on what's app.

A fine, large comfortable room, and a perfectly appointed bathroom. The people who run the place, Désirée and Marco, are earnest and friendly, especially Désirée, who is very helpful, smart, and genuinely pleasant. It's only 150 meters to enter Città Alta through Porta Sant'Agostino, and from there a wonderful (flat) 400 m. along the ancient Venetian wall, to reach Porta San Giacomo and another 250 to get to the heart of the Upper City. Or you can walk downhill 250 m. from Gatto Bianco to reach the lower funiculare station. So the location is perfect, in the opulent historic part of Bergamo.

I didn't mind this at all, but for people who can't, or don't like, walking, especially uphill — because the location is elegantly residential — there are no shops for food and other necessities for several hundreds of meters in any directions. The first café is about 200 steep meters downhill. My only gripe is the relative difficulty in obtaining the door code initially, but that was due to circumstances at both mine and the establishment's control. However, Désirée readily solved the problem on my arrival.

The location is perfect, near the old town and it is spotless clean. We spent just 1 night. Big nice room and enormous comfortable bathroom. Coffee machine was availabe. Thank you ! :)

Тhe smell of humidity in the room which was on the ground floor. The comunication was ok and smooth, but additional application was better neened and I did not received an invoice even I requested such many times.

The staff specially Dea were very helpful. When there was a problem, they fixed it and I had a pleasant stay.

Nothing. The only problem was the customer service of Bookingdotcom in the UK!
