The staff was excellent and very professional, room size very large, and with three windows. The room was also quiet and the temperature was good for sleeping. The hotel and room overall seem quite new. The location is very nice - there is a nice convenient shop at walking distance, and other shops. Citta' alta is also close.

It would have been nice if the breakfast times were posted in the hote. At 7.30 am on both days of my stay, there was no staff around and the breakfast room seemed still closed, so I guess it would start later (which would be too late for normal hotel standards). I had breakfast outside as a result. This is not a big issue, but another guest was also there wondering the same, so this information may be useful.

Room was great, and very spacious, just as pictures show! Very clean everywhere in the hotel Staff were very helpful and have gone out of their way to help even after we left! I left my necklace in the room and didn't realise until we were at the airport, by which point it was too late, but they are going out of their way to post back to me in England! Very grateful!!

Parking is limited outside of the hotel to residence only, so you will get a parking ticket if you park here! There are roads away from the hotel to park, or pay & display car parks at the bottom of the street. 12 Euro for 24 hour parking, which we didn't think was too bad!

An old apartment house, converted into a small hotel with great effort and expense, propably. The interiors are charming. Architecture students should be shown around the hotel and shown how to design interiors minimalistically for maximum aesthetic impact. The commitment and enthusiasm of the young people who run the hotel are highly respected. Purely. I read that some guests complained about street noise. I can't confirm, but maybe we got a room on the better side. The breakfast could be better, but overall it's Italian standard. The location is excellent. Halfway between the upper and lower towns. So this is the perfect place to explore Bergamo (there really is something to see here; Bergamo is very interesting and worth spending some time there)

Being close to the key points of Bergamo is definitely a plus, the clean room with all the amenities, the elevator and the customer oriented personnel is wonderful! We also benefited of the trip to the airport which it was very nice to have! I totally recommend this place, and once again thank you!

Loved the styling of the hotel and our room in particular, white, chic and simple with beautiful found pieces. Enjoyed our interaction with the staff. They were charming and helpful. Location was good, a short walk up to the Citta Alta or the Veneto mural. Liked the facility of a fridge in the room.

The fridge however was very noisy, and I found the mattress uncomfortable, but my husband didn't at all, so obviously that's a matter of taste...

Very good staff on the week end. Room was spacious, very clean and good sized. Needed some changes like some shelves in bathroom for toiletries. No heat in room and cold at night as weather cooled. But very good value for a large city.

No heat in late October. Some things seemed skimpy, like little soap packets in shower. Breakfast was not good and not in a pleasantly thought out space up to the rest of the place. Poor and cheap food. Most people came in and looked and left. Needs work on menu and quality.

One of the best rooms I ever booked. It is close to the city's points of interest, city bus station, bars and esselunga supermarket. The room is warm, cozy and very clean. It was cleaned every day and clean towels were received every day as well. The hosts are wonderful people and very client oriented.

Very well located to the old town. Easy to park nearby. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfy and the two fans helped with the heat. Nice big shower room and plenty of storage and good little kitchenette.

Air conditioning would have been a bonus with the heat.

Great, friendly staff, beautiful decor with paintings and antiques lining the corridors. Lovely high ceilings, bright, spacious, airy rooms. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower (though it takes a little while to reach temperature) and well proportioned, spotless bathrooms. Great facilities with a mini kitchenette in the double room. I love the location near the old city and funicular and a little walk from the central areas of the citta bassa. Great bus links to Bergamo airport and the station. We stay here every time we come by Bergamo and love it!
