Everything! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and cleaned daily, in-room breakfast was just as much needed. Location is excellent, on a cosy street, close to the centre of the city. Self check-in at any hour of the day. Highly secure building, with access code at every door :) Inside parking available which made our life so much easy! (parking is a huge challenge in Bergamo)

Nothing significant, just a bit of noisy trafic on the street in the early morning (garbage truck). Also Netflix did not work for some reason, an error connection message was keep coming.

This was our 2nd time staying at Residenza del Borgo and it was great as the first time - it is not in the city centre, but the neighbourhood is really cool. Apartment was big, with equipped kitchen, some prepared breakfast food and fresh bagels and croissants were delivered to our door every morning :) This was the first time we used their parking and both garages and the outside parking are locked and safe.

Pillows should be just a bit better, but other than that the apartment is great. Apartments looking on the street (this time we looked over the street, first time we had the backyard view) are a bit noisier because of the traffic but when you close the window, everything is great.

The keyless way to open doors with a pin was great and effortless. Goodbye to the times when we lost keys and had to stress out. Our one-night family stay at Hotel Residenza del Borgo was truly exceptional. Just a 20-minute walk from the old city, nestled on a quiet street, the hotel offered a modern and impeccably clean environment. The staff was outstanding, especially Arta, whose polite, helpful, and friendly attitude made our stay unforgettable. The highlights were the comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality, making it a short visit but a memorable one.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is a bit of a walk from the train station, but once you're there, it's absolutely worth it. The apartment is spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. It’s thoughtfully designed with quality furniture and a good air conditioner — everything felt cozy and well put together. The large kitchenette was fully equipped with everything I needed: a sink, coffee machine with capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, water, milk, juice, cups, and more — perfect for a short or even longer stay

I honestly have no dislikes — everything was great.

The room is simple, bright and clean and we had secure parking (10 euros a night). The system for accessing the room and the parking was well explained and all worked beautifully. The owners have thought of many little details that made the stay comfortable - our favourite touch was the provision of fresh bread and croissants in a basket outside our door in the morning! The location is between Bergamo and the Alta Citta, with each reachable with a 20-30 minute walk. We enjoyed the local area that is non-touristy and low key - very pleasant.

The accommodation was perfect, clean with fresh towels every day. We used this as a base to explore Milan, Venice and Lombardia area in general.

It was a bit out of the way for us as walkers. We found it difficult to get either a taxi or an uber and the train/bus station was a good 25 minute walk away. Also breakfast in the photos showed hard cheese and fresh fruit, there was no fruit and it was a small cream cheese triangle. Minor detail but still false advertising. Also it wasnt quite a city view, more of the back of people's flats. Maybe they will change description. But a perfect place to stay if driving.

We stayed at Residenza del Borgo for just one night, but it was an amazing experience! The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had almost everything you could need for a pleasant stay. We were especially happy and pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread and croissants left at the door in the morning – such a cool and thoughtful idea! We definitely want to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommended!

One small suggestion: it would be great to have an iron available for those who might need it.

The location is pretty good, near the Old City, theplace is nice, pretty comfy. Access is great, with a pin code at the entrace and door of the room. Carrefour very close by.

The TV is very old, we had problems with the internet connection and Netflix on it. We could not use netflix at all on it, so we didnt use it at all (we dont understand italian 😄). Breakfast is made out of 3 pieces of meat, 2 triangles of cheese, some bread, some juice, supermarket stuff. The coffe is not great… There are no fair dining places near.

This is a wonderful property in a lovely location. Close to nice bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Gewiss Stadium.. The room is spacious and has all necessary amenities. The only issues we found is that the rooms aren’t sound proof and therefore you can hear all outside traffic. Earplugs were provided though.. Staff very friendly and even after some booking confusion, which I believe was booking.coms fault, the staff sorted the issue without creating issues. This made the whole stay even better.. The room I stayed in was huge! It was very comfortable and had everything you needed in it. Nice big bathroom as well. Every morning having a croissant and some bread hung up outside your door was a lovely touch! They replace the butter and big bottle of water in the fridge every day as well, all included in the price! The location was perfect as well, I visited a few amazing restaurants that were a maximum of 5 mins walk away so it was very convenient after long days of exploring! I really enjoyed my stay!

The only thing was the shower, the water somehow manages to get past the door even though it was shut tight and soaked the floor just in front of it! But easily cleaned up.
