Very good location, there's a grocery store (an Aldi) and a supermarket nearby. Really enjoyed the hot water and the bidet was a nice convenience.

There's a tram going right beside the building so at night or early in the morning it could be heard. What it means is that better sound isolation is needed. Also the bathroom heater didn't work so the bathroom was colder than the remaining room. In addition, the fume hood above the oven produced an ungodly noise when turned on but despite that the room still filled with the smells and smoke from cooking so I would recommend separating the kitchen from the bedroom somehow to prevent this.

The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The only thing I missed was a coffee machine, but we did have an electric kettle so we could still make coffee that way. The bed felt a little weak, but it did hold us so it was fine in the end. The water from the tap was always a bit luke warm, but I think that had to do with the warm weather. We filled up bottles with water and put them in the fridge which was an easy solution :) The television and their way of using the chromecast was amazing!

I loved everything about the studio apartment. The room was super neat, well-organized, and clean. The owner was helpful when I had trouble turning on the AC and even provided a newer blanket when I found out the previous person who stayed left the dirty one. The fridge and closet were huge, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. The place was easy to find from the street, and it was convenient to reach Città Alta, even though it was a 30-minute walk. There was also a nearby bus and tram station if I needed transportation. Plus, there was a supermarket, pharmacy, and cafés close by, so I could get anything I needed without having to go to the city center, which I did.

On the first night of my stay, I returned after dinner around 10 PM, and it was raining. The area was quite dark and deserted, which made me feel fearful. However, knowing that the studio's security was top-notch eased my concerns. During the day, though, there were people everywhere.

location is not in city center, but there is very close tram and bus stations. if you have car, there is public parking available. I liked, that very close are two big supermarkets (Aldi and Esselunga) + cafe bar (Atlantic). building is new inside and outside, and regarding equipment, there is basically everything what you need for shorter or longer stay. communication with hotel was only via whatsapp chat, but it was clear and prompt.

1 point deducted due to uncomfortable noisy bed, which is only opened sofa. My feedback to owners is, that you should exchange for proper bed, and in that case it would be rated as clear 10. ;)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in a very nice area with a lot of options, like restaurants, Aldi, close to citta alta, bus and tramp stations. Also, in the apartment you can find everything you need to prepare yourself a breakfast, coffee, even cook if you want. The apartment was very clean and quiet. We slept well and we were able to relax during our stay. I totally recommend it and I will stay here for sure if I'll come back to Bergamo.

I can't think of anything that was not good

First of all - amazing service. When an accident happened in the apartment at 10 p.m., the response was very quick, after only 10 minutes. we got new apartments. Amazing smell and perfect cleanliness in the apartment. It is very convenient that there are grocery stores and public transport stops nearby. The beds are comfortable (we slept for 4 nights and didn't feel bad), the bedding is clean and fragrant. The environment is safe.

Shower cabins are a bit unsafe. Therefore, they should be handled with extreme caution. Make sure that all the shower glass wheels are installed in the rails, otherwise the shower glass may fall out, as happened to us.

I enjoyed my stay in Bergamo with his Citta Alta, a lovely place to visit. My apartment/studio looks like a new one, I feel good there. I did not miss anything. I appreciate that Marco I was in touch with, was willing to assist if any help needed. Very good location approx. 12 min. by bus to centre Porta Nuova. Everything was O.K.

Great location, right next to two big supermarkets and very close to a tram stop, from which you can reach Bergamo station/center in less than 10 minutes. The room was well equipped, the downside was the squeaky bed and the fact that the soap dispenser in the bathroom had dishwashing liquid. Apart from that, no complaints, I recommend it!

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, exactly as described. Fantastic location – just 1-2 minutes to the bus and tram stop, which takes you to the city center or the train station in just a few minutes. There is a supermarket nearby, and another one just 3 minutes away. The area is quiet and safe. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect. There was multiple stores next store and tram station just around the corner. Also couple of really good restaurant near by. The place was clean and kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. Just note that there is no pantry staples (salt, sugar, oil) so those you need to by yourself. TV and Chrome cast were very nice additions to the room.

The room got quite humid after two people showering but there was luckily ventilation windows. The bed was okey but could be improved.
